If you go there and see what I believe is the manager you will get a great burger if there no one in charge you will get a okay burger cook completely different that you requested (if you order well done) very old lettuce almost if they wanna people to get sick locals will stare at the machines to order almost if they are hacking the system to get some kind of advantage idk definitely a hit or miss ambient is very nice and clean. We use to go /dine in / Uber Eats and definitely Uber Eats were the very questionable meal.

This was my 1st time ever ....having Shake shack (New Orleans)and I love love loved it ..I had a double cheeseburger fried and a cookies and cream shake!!!!! AMAZING!!! 10 OUT OF 10 I DO RECOMMEND

Went here around 500pm on Fat Tuesday. It was loud and crowded, but hey, it's Fat Tuesday. Was able to grab a seat to sit and wait for the food. We ordered chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, floats and shakes. Everything was soooo good. It was hot, fresh and very tasty. Didn't have to wait to long for the food and it was brought over to us. They even had staff walking by to make sure everything was alright with the customers.All in all, definitely enjoyed the food here.

My expectations were low, but this pathetic excuse for a grilled cheese was a whole new level. Is that even bread? Where is the crust? Also, I don't think it could be any flatter if you stepped on it. Cell phone pictured next to it for context. I wish my phone was this flat. Worst $5 I've ever spent on a sandwich.

I went to this shake shack twice during my stay in New Orleans because the building looked new, clean modern and inviting.
The staff was friendly, professional and efficient.
The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared, shake shack does in my opinion the best burgers. The fries and the milkshakes have been excellent too.

We love Shake Shack milkshakes! If only they had bigger ones 🤤 the fries and burgers aren't the best in earth (although the cheesy bacon fries are a guilty pleasure) but we order takeout or DoorDash here all the time because of those shakes. I also appreciate that they offer gluten free buns, which are hard to come across in New Orleans.

We ordered this food to go; my boyfriend is a fan of Shake Shack due to his home state and we decided to fit some of our hungry cravings as we hadn't eaten in awhile that day. We both went for the avocado chicken sandwich with a side of fries & he had the hot dog as well. It was all very good!

Love the food here, great burgers. Tons of side items to choose from, but the cheddar bacon fries were my goto.
Definitely don't leave without having a shake, I had the Tiramisu shake (limited time item) and it was really good. I will always look for a Shake Shack if I'm in the mood for a burger.

We left before ordering. It does not have the New Orleans feel and vibe. Im sure it is good but not what I go to to New Orleans for. We want the experience we drove to see.
