This place needs an upgrade.The floor is broken and cracks can be dangerous when walking.The smell is not pleasant.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Shake Shack. The food was fresh. The employees were efficient and very friendly. The facilities were clean. My food came out in a timely manner. I mean this was just a really great experience at a fast food restaurant. This was one of the best meals I had in New Orleans actually. I came here twice. I would definitely go back again.

The banana pudding shake was so good and the burger was good. The dining area wasn't that clean. The cost for two people to eat was $55.
