Can not believe it's taken me so long to come to this spot. Outstanding and our waitress was so fun. Can't wait to go back! 🥂
Had an amazing experience at Shaya last night. The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely worth a visit
We've eaten here at least a dozen times, this was not even close to being as our previous visit.
Excellent vegetarian and seafood options. The service is as good as it gets and the food exceptional. We loved our experience. The hostess and our server particularly were commendable. Friendly without being gratuitous. A+++
Shaya is one of my favorite places to celebrate at. The food is always amazing, and service is always great. Will recommend to everyone who hasn't tried.
Excellent place. Very cool ambiance, great food and excellent service. Highly recommend it.
absolutely delicious!!! would highly recommend. I am vegan and had one night in NOLA- loved this spot! the cauliflower hummus is beyond amazing
the chicken entree is amazing. I don't usually order chicken at restaurants but it was fantastic. The lamb was delicious too.
Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was incredible! The fresh pita, the different hummus choices, the service, all incredible. It was a great experience and highly recommend them. Amazing place and coming back to New Orleans in March and will definitely put this as one of the top choices to go to.
Went here for our friend's 50th birthday. Food was terrific and the waitstaff was friendly and attentive. Must tries include the muhammara and the chocolate-tahini brownie with cardamom ice cream.

The hummus is the best I've ever eaten. The hot pita bread is unbelievably good. For my main dish, I ordered the Israeli salad and added grilled chicken. One of our favorite places in New Orleans!
Great food! Fresh pita and olive oil with Zaatar. I wanted to taste so many dishes so besides great Salatim combo, I had the famous Salmon on the Brussels sprouts. It was delicious with the tahini and additional tahini. The kitchen/server were vey accommodating. Dessert didn't disappoint the Halva Chocolate mousse was delicious. We are definitely coming back next time we are in New Orleans.
Dealing with a soy allergy is tough because soybean oil and soy flour are literally in almost everything. Our waitress at most recent visit was extremely helpful navigating the menu! Plus, the pita bread is soy free.
Food and ambiance were great. Service was friendly and attentive, but time between courses were way too long. Thankfully, the fresh baked pitas kept coming to keep us entertained.
I am stunned at how delicious the food was. I ordered a bottle of romeiko wine from Greece and it complimented the food perfectly
