The kitchen did their thing, but the lady that they had doing customer service and working, the counter was probably the rudest person. I have come across in New Orleans.
She was literally raging in an open air kitchen, where all the customers could see, and she just didn’t care. She was slamming things and being disrespectful to my family.
Ended up having to pray over her and the restaurant in order to even enjoy ourselves in there, and eventually it seems as if the prayers work because she started becoming friendlier with the kitchen staff, but prior to that she was being rude to the customers and her associates
It really stood out as a bad experience for our family because of her service but other than that, the food was fantastic and the area that this place is located in is beautiful

Went to this place for a quick bite before the football game. I got the Banty Rooster, which is a chicken biscuit with bacon jam, and OMG... soooo delicious! The chicken was crispy and tender, the biscuit was buttery and flaky! 10/10!! Oh, and they have mimosas for the cherry on top!

I went there to eat yesterday. I got the classic Showbird. It was really good! Everything tasted amazing together. I also had the waffle fries, which were delicious. The seasoning on the fries is the key. Overall, the food I ate was all exceptional and I would go back again.

ShowBird was just okay overall. The biscuits with jam were definitely the highlight—really tasty. The chicken was decent but nothing special, and the fries were just average. It felt a bit pricey—paid about $26 for chicken crisp, fries, a soda, and a biscuit (not a combo). Worth trying once, but not sure I’d rush back.

I could not speak highly enough about the food I had here. Me and my partner had the Hot Bird Sandwich and the Spicy chicken tenders box. The hot dry rub for the tenders was spot on and the sandwich was to die for. Our waffle fries and hash browns on the side were both cooked beautifully and came with a dill ranch that perfectly balanced out some of the spice of our main course. You should come here.
