The service staff were very kind and helpful. We got to talk to Yada and Joe and not only were they charismatic but they genuinely cared about our opinion on the food and atmosphere. The food is so flavorful and delicious and their signature Birdy sauce is on par with, but dare I say better than, Chickfila sauce. Definitely worth the trip & the prices were also worth the freshly cooked food! It is a new favorite with my family.

We have been to the establishment quite a few times, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt.I have ordered a burger each time, tonight it came out fresh, which was the first time and it was really tasty. The hash browns came out fresh and hot too, all of the other times the food was luke warm borderline cold.This time was the kicker though, my partner ordered the showbird spicy chicken. When we received the food the chicken looked as though it was left over from the previous night or lunch time rush and has been sitting under a warmer. The sandwich was cold. You could see the chicken was dried out and not freshly made. It tasted terrible so he threw it away, which is a waste of money. We dined inside around 5pm and were the only people in the restaurant so it was not too busy to make fresh food.We tried quite a few times to like the food, because it's convenient, but the food is inconsistent. A lesson on not selling old food or cold food to customers. It's nasty and that is how restaurants lose customers.I would like to say that Yata's customer service on the other hand is excellent. She is friendly and makes the place feel warm and inviting . I'm happy she is the front face of the store because she is the best part of the Showbird experience.

I really enjoyed my meal at ShowBird. The service was incredibly helpful and welcoming, answered all of my questions and continued to check-in on me as I enjoyed my food. I ordered the Coop Scramble with the blackened chicken and hashbrowns, everything was seriously delicious. Definitely worth stopping by.

People were very nice and accommodating. Place was in a nice location. Food was just average. We had chicken sandwiches. The breakfast looked good. I would go back and try that sometime. Not a place I would good out of my way for but also would be satisfied eating there again. The fries were great. Definitely the highlight.
I've given this place a few begrudged tries now after living conveniently close. After the grand opening a few menu items were quickly removed. I've still visited for coffee (since they brew French Truck) but the service seems to struggle with even the smallest orders with few people in the restaurant. Waiting 20-25 for black drip coffee only at a breakfast place no apology is pretty lousy. To be fair, have had a mix of friendly and unfriendly service here depending on who is staffing and how much they're struggling. Fortunately, this place seems on a trajectory of eventual closure like (unfortunately) the Jamba Juice before it so just have to wait things out for the next restaurant to move in here. A star each for the good waffle fries and French Truck coffee effort though.

Modern atmosphere, friendly service. Strawberry lemonade was very good. We got the show burger and the chicken sandwich with the spicy sweet sauce. We really liked the burger, the chicken sandwich wasn’t my favorite. We got waffle fries and hash browns, and we liked the haskbrowns best. Also got the Heath shake - very good. Had about 3 Heath candy bars in it. ?
