Gorgeous quiet (on a week day) little indoor/outdoor courtyard. I loved ordering at my table via an app and paying as I do. Food delivered easily. We did have to go to the bar to get our drinks though. Not a problem.We each had tacos - excellent! Spicy beef strips. Two small ones plus a side salad (also delicious) and it was plenty for me for dinner.When traveling I actually like it when plates are normal sized instead of huge and wasted.

This place was great! Good food and a great outdoor space. We stopped here with a full volleyball team and parents. Two bars take care of drinks and food is conveniently ordered from your table. Lots of oyster selections from all over as well!

We used Sidecar for our wedding Welcome Social. We had 50+ guests and used the upstairs patio space. It rained cats and dogs that evening, and the deck/patio covering kept everyone dry. The cocktails are great, plus they do a large list of options for your NA drinkers.You might want to plan a little extra food than you are expecting. Our guests gobbled it up so fast :-) The food was delicious and the broiled oysters were a highlight of the weekend.

I loved the service and the ambiance here. The patio is tucked away and beautifully lit. It feels like you're miles away from the bustle even though you're steps from the CBD. The cocktails were great and both the bar staff and servers were very friendly.One of the reasons I came was for the Wednesday oyster special, and it was a nice selection of different varieties. The problem, however, was that most of them had been rinsed with water and had no natural brine left in the shell. This happens when the shucker is inexperienced and cracks too much of the shell into the oyster. The brine makes a huge difference in the flavour, so I really couldn't tell what they should have tasted like.Despite this, I still enjoyed my time there and it was fine for the price I paid ($15/dozen). I would go back and try some other food items or just to enjoy a drink on the patio!

I loved Sidecar's oyster special on Wednesday. I get to try 12 oysters of various varieties for $15. All are so fresh and delicious. I was sitting indoors by the bar. The indoors have very limited seating. They have plenty of nice seating outdoors too, which will be perfect for larger groups. Service is top-notch. The server introduced the favorite oysters and menu items.

The raw sushi is delicious. I like how they educate the unknowing person on where the oysters are from with tiny labels. The menu descriptions are on point and describe in the best detail the taste and texture of each oyster.
