Sometimes my smoothies are made to perfection and other times I have to throw them away. They're supposed to close at 7p on Sunday but the lights were off at 6:30p.

This location need to do better with teaching their employees how to make smoothie,I went in today for the watermelon lemonade and they were struggling! And at the end still gave me a watering juice as watermelon lemonade smh I will go to the one on Franklin cos they make it better over there. Train ur employees!!!!

This is my favorite smoothie king the people are friendly and They make the best vegan mango kale smoothie out of them all. I have tried didn’t smoothie kings I’m none of them taste good to me and a medicine after taste I can’t explain it but no theirs is always good

It's a hit and miss with this location.Some of the employees are rude and inpatient...They have attitudes and talk about previous leaving customers while other customers are still present. That's very tacky...I also dealt with the owner once and he was the same way so I guess that's why they act that way...
They don’t even allow you to get a refund, and the customer service is wack.

The people here are so sweet. There used to be a lady who worked here who was always on her A1 game. But I just felt so disrespected last time I went. I had 4 drinks in my order. They have tons of blenders, but only used 1blender for my order. So 6 people behind me came and went. I didn't even have a whole person working on my order. He stopped and made someone else's order before getting back to mine. Then he forgot what I ordered. Isn't it printed out on the receipt that they use to prepare the drinks? How do you forget what I asked for? Then he used the wrong formula & tried to convince me I asked for the wrong thing. I had that smoothie a million times before. I checked with a photo on the website. Then I tasted it. It definitely was the wrong formula. But they are sweet folks. But this was so disrespectful to me.
