This location need to do better with teaching their employees how to make smoothie,I went in today for the watermelon lemonade and they were struggling! And at the end still gave me a watering juice as watermelon lemonade smh I will go to the one on Franklin cos they make it better over there. Train ur employees!!!!

This is my favorite smoothie king the people are friendly and They make the best vegan mango kale smoothie out of them all. I have tried didn’t smoothie kings I’m none of them taste good to me and a medicine after taste I can’t explain it but no theirs is always good

It's a hit and miss with this location.Some of the employees are rude and inpatient...They have attitudes and talk about previous leaving customers while other customers are still present. That's very tacky...I also dealt with the owner once and he was the same way so I guess that's why they act that way...

We came around 730 pm on a Friday night and it wasn’t busy at all. We did an in store order and got our order in about 3 minutes. There isn’t a sign on the building, only on the door (and it’s small).

The people here are so sweet. There used to be a lady who worked here who was always on her A1 game. But I just felt so disrespected last time I went. I had 4 drinks in my order. They have tons of blenders, but only used 1blender for my order. So 6 people behind me came and went. I didn't even have a whole person working on my order. He stopped and made someone else's order before getting back to mine. Then he forgot what I ordered. Isn't it printed out on the receipt that they use to prepare the drinks? How do you forget what I asked for? Then he used the wrong formula & tried to convince me I asked for the wrong thing. I had that smoothie a million times before. I checked with a photo on the website. Then I tasted it. It definitely was the wrong formula. But they are sweet folks. But this was so disrespectful to me.

This is one of the most horrible Smoothie Kings I've ever visited. While visiting a friend I stopped at this Smoothie King, I thought they were all the same. NEVER AGAIN! Living in a Covid environment and having had Covid has made me more cautious. When I placed my order the young lady took my money with her gloves on and proceeded to the counter to make my smoothie with the same gloves!!! Another young girl came in after her and finished off the smoothie. She dropped my cup on the floor and poured my drink in the same cup. The counter is so high you can't see what they're doing unless you tiptoe or you're a tall person. That was so gross! I threw the smoothie in the trash after paying $10.11. There was no way I was going to drink that smoothie. Beware of this place and their lack cleanliness. There was a young man putting trash in the can outside who came inside and also assisted in preparing my smoothie. He went to the back with the trash but I didn't hear water running as he needed to wash his hand before touching food items. I can't say he did or did not wash his hands; but I know he did NOT have on any gloves. I was so grossed out!!! I like to support black businesses but if this is any indication of how black businesses are run..., I see why they are going OUT of business. Management needs to check the situation ASAP!!!
