I came to Smoothie King at 8:15 tonight. The door says it closes at 9pm. My boyfriend and I got out of the car, and the worker walked to the front and locked the door before we could get in. He didn’t make eye contact with us, just locked the door and kept looking at his phone while leaning against the counter. My boyfriend drove back by at 8:45pm. The store was open and the worker was inside talking to a customer or an acquaintance, not sure. We took video of it to show that they were actually open but just decided to lock the door on us for whatever reason. I called and let a voicemail to understand why he locked the door when we were getting ready to enter the store. Completely unprofessional.

Space is a good size to have guests inside. But when I went in in only saw a woman who leaving and no one else beside the security guard. But the workers don’t seem that welcoming. They’re young,definitely sporting an attitude and would rather be on their phones. Came in today and got a small smoothie, a few other things and asked for a cup holder because I had a lot of stuff. One of the hands me one,I go to sit in the small seating, see The girl with the extensions walk past the worker who just handed me the holder tell him “stop being so nice to people”. I’m sure she didn’t see me,but the other two workers did. That was so rude and so tedious and absolutely unnecessary. i sat very shortly before my ride pulled up. Would recommend a professional development on tact before the next quarterly, if I’m being honest. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.
