Service is a mixed bag. Some of the staff are happy to be working, the others were not pleased and appeared to be sulking away. the smoothie was flavourful and delicious nonetheless. Not very crowded but they could honestly tone down the blaring music in the store. Love the wide variety of drinks available. The menu is clear to read. Not sure if I'll come back to this outlet again.

ALWAYS DEMANDS a tip. You don't ask for a tip let alone demand one. The service isn't even tip worthy & I still tip. She's super slow when making the smoothie and constantly adds the wrong ingredients or charges for a 32oz when clearly told her 20 Oz. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

They make sure to put all your ingredients in your smoothie. I appreciate that. Most smoothie king works short your smoothie. Not here.

It should not take 25 minutes to make a smoothie. In an airport. A few of us in line were debating abandoning our orders so we could make our flights. Hire more people, train them better. Or stop shoveling in orders when it gets busy. And don't get pissy at customers when we speak up about it.For all that, the actual smoothie itself was tasty. But not worth missing a flight over.

Service is always pretty chill and smoothie king. I first tried it in Texas and when I found out I was coming to New Orleans I knew I had to get it. we honestly need a smoothie king in California. It's so good smoothies are good consistency. All the smoothies so hard that I've tasted have a good flavor good balance, and just a dub in the chat!

I work two minutes away from this location. I tried to order a few smoothies through the app at 6:30pm, and they were not taking orders. I walked over at 6:40pm. The doors were locked. There was another gentleman outside with me trying to get the ladies attention. She never acknowledged us.I will stick to the Mandeville location.
