Left without even ordering. Stood at counter for more than 10min. We were not even acknowledged. Service extremely slow. Also a lady preparing the trays has long hair that was getting into the food.

Put in a preorder when I was in a rush, and the woman claimed she doesn’t make smoothies ahead of time….what’s the point of a preorder if you have to wait the normal time

Came here at lunch time and I expected it to be busy and it was. They had one person running the whole show. On top of that, the girl working it was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. I know she intentionally made the people behind me smoothies before mine. Even the people standing behind me (who got their smoothies first) apologized to me.

First off, I walked in (excuse me) and started calling my order I'll take that as my mistake, young black guy tells me you order to the left might I add no one was in line, no one was waiting. So I walked over waited while they took maybe 15- 20 seconds to come take my order. Finally young black female comes to counter ask my order I tell her, then she say she could not hear me, so I got aggressive no lie but not mean, just louder I guess for me? but anyways I left a dollar and some change once my order was finally tooken and said hopefully this make y'all day cause the service is so bay no wonder the cup had pennies wished I'd turn around but I received my smoothie and guess what! Of course they blended paper (plastic) in my drink and I slurped it up. So next time. St Charles I'll go where my service is appreciated ?

Just left this smoothie king and had to throw my smoothies away! The young girl making our smoothies not only wasn't wearing a mask but continuously coughed into her arm while making our smoothie. We asked her to put a mask on because of her ecsesssive coughing. She did , but not until AFTER she was done making them and had the audacity to have an attitude. Completely discusting and ill regard of everyones health!! We grabbed our smoothie and threw them in the garbage. Will never go there again!!

Had to throw my smothie away after the lady was coughing over it with no mask. She was definitely sick. After her cowork asked to pit one on she didn't until she was done with our smothie. Covid coughing at that.

I only rder from this location because it's close to my office. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere. The guy that works the counter has ZERO personality and acted as if I was bothering him when I placed my order. He asked 3x if I wanted the same thing when it was the first thing I asked for. Man, write it down if your memory is bad. He repeated the next customer order 2 times! Geez! On the flip side, my smoothie was good!

I go in around 8 am and most people seem to be on break in the back even though they've only been open since 7? Normally my orders are fine but today the very nice person working who seemed a little new definetly got some measurements wrong and it was much sweeter and fruitier than normal. My smoothie isn't very fruit heavy so I could tell it was off right away. I walked back in and asked why it was so different. She was sorry and thought it was right and didn't offer to try to remake it and said she put extra almond milk when it was too thick after the first blend so it shouldn't taste as off as I was claiming. They guy in the back who I could see just staring at his phone should have been helping the new girl fill the couple orders she had.
