The woman I believe to be the owner was incredibly rude. I didn’t even try the food because her attitude was enough to make me never want to dine at this establishment.

This cozy cafe features a vegan menu and friends (non vegan) menu- a perfect place for families or groups with mixed eating preferences. We enjoyed the cauliflower appetizer and the oyster mushroom wings, but everyone in the family was pleased with their food. Service is friendly and leisurely- each item is served fresh and piping hot, so relax and enjoy the space. The small bar at the back seemed welcoming and there’s a lovely patio too.

This place is more of vegan food but also has friends menu who is not vegan. We went more to have vegan food. Had vegan fish , jackfruit burger , vegan Etoufe and beignet. Food was overall good. One has to wait for some time because things are made fresh. Etoufe was good but portion could have been better. Jackfruit burger and vegan fish were good. They could add some more option otherwise good place to dine in.

Visited from out of town , was excited that there was a vegan side of the menu that had more than two options. I walked in and the place was empty, so I wasn't sure if that was a good sign or not. Straight to the food - I wanted to try a little bit of everything but they said they were out of the majority of the vegan items. Fried green tomatoes were good, but were cold The vegan Alfredo pasta was eh, it lacked seasoning and was watery. They should try to make a vegan Rasta pasta that would be a great alternative. I think they used daiya cheese to make the Alfredo sauce but I could be wrong. They also gave me elbow macaroni instead of noodles. Now the highlight of the show was the bread pudding bites , I should of made that my entree ! Ambiance was nice and has potential to be a great spot, the people were nice but it took a long time for the food to be ready. (I was the only one in the restaurant for 1 hour) and it sounded like they were missing a lot of ingredients and kept saying "we are out " . There was also a 20 percent service charge ? Was definitely over charged. All in all, I would return but maybe just for drinks not dinner. I really wanted to like this place because you don't find a lot of vegan friendly spots.

The food is terrible but the music and service was decent! The gumbo is not house made. It's Campbell soup with added seasoning! The fried chicken salad is package chicken with Caesar salad packets thrown on top of the salad!

I was very disappointed with the service and the food. It took about 25min before we got a menu, 10mins before she came back to take our order then another 45 mins before our food came,. Our fries were cold, 6 out of my 10 pieces of chicken were burnt, my granddaughter ordered shrimp and fries and only received her fries. When we asked for our bill we were charged for shrimp and fries so we asked the waitress to remove it and re-ring up our bill to which we waited another 15 minutes for. What in the whole wide world!!!!. The music was good, but needless to say we will not be back.

The food was bland and unseasoned. The vegan macaroni was the worst I've ever had. The vegan spinach dip was soupy and wet. I ordered Uber eats and 2 of my items were missing! The items that were delivered were spilled all over the bag. They did not package them properly or use any care in my order. Do not waste your time or money.

They were out of a lot of stuff (Gumbo, shrimp, and Poboy bread). We were a large group but the only group and we didn't get our drink until 2 hours in and never even got our full order 3 hours after arriving. Food, for the most part, was underwhelming if it was even the right orders and the server was getting rude with us. We ended having to come pick up our own drinks. The location had potential with Ambiance but doesn't seem like it's kept up with.

Not a Vegan restaurantThey have some vegan options, but if you are allergic stay out ! That's no Vegan friend...Most people take this very seriously and you shouldn't capitalize on it, you should learn what veganism is first before just serving it just to capitalize without caring about the moral aspect of it, stuff like vegan with a flip and vegan and family are absolutely disrespectful to veganism, If you want to use vegan in your main logo and advertisement, you better do some research, or just be honestChange it to Vegan Options, instead of Vegan & Friends and the place stinks seafood and salmonella having a Krew of Ewww parade everywhere
