South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries

Visited this location during the Nike Tournament! Although I realize it was VERY BUSY, I was quite disappointed when bacon bits was put on my sandwich that clearly was pictured with bacon slices. over $40 to feed two people only to be very disappointed. Besides our food being expensive, and poorly made there were nasty attitudes. I'm very sure everyone was informed that a very big tournament was coming to town for girls basketball. I'm sure this isn't the first time its been really busy. This needs to be addressed seriously. If you run out of something inform your customers, don't just take their money then refuse a refund.

They did not season any of the food. Not even salt. It tastes like old unseasoned ground beef. Easily the worst cheese steak I've ever had. Took forever too.

Employees are very kind. The menu is the most deceptive menu I have ever seen. You can ad Drink and side for 3.99 or 4.99. Nope just because it reads that way doesn’t mean it can happen. They charge you for drink and side separate. Plenty of choices to eat at choose somewhere different. You will thank me.

Top five burgers in my life.

Stood in line for 30 minutes for a smash burger and fries. The burger was not seasoned and was greasy, ended up with an upset stomach. The servers went as slow as they could and they waited until they wrapped the burger to drop the fries. Very disappointed wish I would’ve saved my calories for something else..literally anything else. And not to forget the Dr Pepper was watered down, could have sucked it up but I was given hardly no ice to begin with. Also I ordered the bacon smash burger but of course they left off my bacon and they were so stingy with the fries! If you choose to use the smallest boat for fries at least you can do is fill it up! It’s already small and don’t hold much to begin with. Hopefully they take the critique and do better!

Don’t go here they were spraying glass cleaner on the inside of the glass over the grill when serving my food pretty much right over the grill and it looked like they hadn’t scraped the grill in all day and 16$ for a small sandwich service was also terrible save your money go anywhere else

This place was the most unorganized, unhelpful, not customer friendly at all. When trying to order the guy at the register didn't acknowledge us, the lady behind him asked what she could get started. Thought we ordered a bacon cheese burger and fries with a drink. What we got was a bacon cheese burger and a drink..for $20.00??? The friends we were with ordered 2 chicken tenders and onion rings and a drink. Received chicken tenders and French fries. When asked all they said that's what was on the ticket. Tenders were not tender, cheeseburger was fine. Disappointed in the service or lack there of When on vacation and trying new things. Hopefully smiles will be contagious as things are so much nicer with a smile. Thank you

My steak sandwich was really good I must say just make sure you tell them to dress it because it comes just as.. the tator tots were great , the cashier was nice it was early when I went so not that busy so the cashier did hold a friendly conversation while I was waiting on my order will visit again

Food was very very horrible. Just because you get delivery doesn’t mean send me anything. Bread was steal meat cold no bell peppers just a whole lot of black pepper. Fries was brunt and it had 3 different kind of fries at that.. Bad experience all around I give them 0 out of 10..

Not sure why this has low reviews. That grill was perfectly used; the staff were cool; the service was fast. The burger was deliciously juicy, cheesy, and flavorful. I wish I had time for another. Damn good burger.
