South Philly Cheesesteaks & Fries

Meh. I was feeling like eating a good sandwich. What I got was some crusty bread with not a whole lot of meaty goodness. It took forever to go through the line and get my order. The employee working the register was less than thrilled to be taking my order as you could tell there were a million other places he’d rather be at than working at this restaurant. The choices of drinks were limited to about three since the others were out. The only positive thing about this establishment were the loaded fries, as my son really enjoyed those.

3.99 for Fries and drink combo only to be told they are out of ketchup when we picked up our order.

It was not good the onions where not cut. I had a giant piece of onion in the cheesestake.

Normal fries were fine although the loaded ones weren’t so loaded. Probably not worth the $ unless your getting normal fries as they only cost $3

The worst food has food advertisements on the screen. You order them the same as the one that appears there, and they give you an Elaf bread with meat and cheese, the French fries taste bad. Very bad food... save your money, don't spend it in that place . Bad service...

Do not waste your money at this place. Just looking at it will make you hesitate about whether or not you should give it a try. I did try it and wasted my money so you don’t have to. First of all, the flavor is nonexistent, and the texture is a mix of undercooked and overcooked pieces. I couldn’t even get through two bites of this soggy attempt at a Philly cheesesteak. I literally got a stomachache just thinking about biting into that greasy clump. I don’t know how anyone can mess up a Philly cheesesteak, but these bored, uninterested employees seem to have mastered it. I wouldn't eat there even if I had a free month’s worth of coupons. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you want to give your money away, donate it to someone in need—at least someone will be happy by the end of the day. Plus, their credit card terminal looks like a skimmer; it seems really sketchy

I READ THE REVIEWS B4 ORDERING, WAS PRAYING MY EXPERIENCE WOULD B BETTER... I ORDERED THRU UBER EATS... THE FOOD TASTES LIKE SOMEBODY'S HOUSE... I AM NOT SURE, IF THEY STORE OPEN CLEANING PRODUCTS OR SOMETHING TOO CLOSE TO THE KITCHEN OR WHAT HAPPENED. I ORDERED PHILLY N CHEESE FRIES... BOTH HAD THE SAME WEIRD TASTE. PLEASE, TAKE THESE REVIEWS SERIOUS CUZ EVERY1 IS NOT LYING... THIS PLACE NEEDS A SERIOUS REVAMP!! I NORMALLY PERSONALLY VISIT D RESTAURANTS B4 ORDERING FOOD, BUT I WAS VERY TIRED FROM WORK N IT WAS REALLY COLD OUTSIDE SO I DECIDED TO DO UBER EATS!! HUUUUUGGGE MISTAKE PICKING THIS RESTAURANT!! Friend save your money. This one ain’t it. Stopped here before boarding for our cruise. Bad idea. Ain’t nothing like wasting your money on food that isn’t good when you’re hungry.

Cashier was distracted, guess I was supposed to help him do his job. He literally asked no questions, I just started asking for my order.

Got my order, walked off to sit and eat, only to realize the sandwich is black: there’s nothing but cheese, chicken and burned griddle residue.

The menu board shows ‘Free Toppings’ Lettuce, Tomatoes, etc. it wasn’t until I left I realized the sandwich was made with nothing else. Headed back to storefront to ask if toppings were included. I was told two different things. No by the lady finishing the order and yes Toppings are included but I have to ask for them by another lady from the back.

Dissatisfied with the look of the sandwich and not offering the toppings, I asked for a refund. I was told they don’t do refunds.

So you’re able to sell folks a sandwich with mostly griddle residue (cuz you’re not cleaning the griddle well or often enough) and not giving toppings despite the menu board stating they’re free, and the customers being dissatisfied you get to still keep the sale. Trash business model.

The rudest employees i’ve ever encountered… that’s not even a joke. The guy taking my order had the nastiest attitude i’ve ever seen and all i was trying to do was place an order. if you don’t like your job so much then quit? There is no reason to treat people this way just because you don’t want to be at work. I’ve never been so disappointed and i do not recommend this place to anyone. Food was also almost impossible to eat. It was so greasy and I immediately felt sick after. Do not go here trust me…

We stood there while two employees literally just stood in place not doing anything except for barely looking up at us whispering to each other after they look up at us again. It felt like they were ignoring us for their own entertainment. I would not suggest anyone eat here. Bad attitudes normally translates to bad food, and today it was no different.
