First thing first y’all will NEVER get my money AGAIN I had to greet them first they barely spoke or said anything once she put my donuts in the bag she left it on the counter and walk off didn’t put it in the bag or nothing and didn’t say have a nice day or anything it’s very unprofessional and rude I had to ask for a bag if they keep having the attitude they have that business will go down for sure but I will continue to go to Tara Lane

I avoid this place, despite its convenient location to my home. Only went twice and the service was terrible. I once went in for three donuts and the lady rolled her eyes. I brushed it off instead of returning that negative energy. I smiled, said thank you, and left a cash tip. No gratitude whatsoever. She remained very cold and unwelcoming for all the 30 seconds it took service me. I went back a month or so after that sour experience, assuming I caught that rude lady on a bad day but the service was more or less the exact same. Fool me twice, won't get fooled again.

As far as the food goes, I only had the donuts. They aren't bad but nothing to call home about. Definitely not worth dealing with the terrible attitudes!

I’m four days late on this review but it’s been on my mind to write it. I have made a conscience decision to stop buying donuts from Southshore Donuts. Not because of the donuts because I love their donuts, I skip over Tara Ln donuts and drive farther away to purchase theirs but because of the attitudes the cashiers have. You walk in and they just stare at you. No good morning, no smile, and service is always rude and silly me I still tip them. I truly care not to go in there anymore. I will miss Southshore donuts because I had a taste for them this morning but I’ll go Tara Ln for now on where the service and attitudes are always up beat.

Accessing this using the Good Star method is hard . My husband and I really like this place, the donuts and food both are Very good,, the man who makes the donuts does a great job, you can tell her takes pride it doing so, not to mention he's gotta great personality, funny, never had an issue with my aggravating special requests,lol.. As for the service, as for that it friends on the day, shift and waitress. For the most part it's good, as the that"other part, let's just say I'm glad I've matured and learn to control myself in my old age, if not the server yesterday would've had a real quick, undesired, change of physical location before I left J/S.. She is lazy, hatefulland seriously needs to kill reconsider her choice of career..

The ladies behind the counter were friendly. The donuts and pastries looked delicious. We had the apple fritter. (It was huge)! We also got the cinnamon rolls. Huge!! Great tasting. Well worth the drive.

This is now my new default doughnut spot! The hot glazed and wide assortment of other doughnuts got me thru Hurricane Francine with ease! I'll be back!

Some of the best old fashioned donut and cream donut I have ever ate. It was light and fluffy and not overly sweeten. Damn, this place hits the spot.
