Normally I get small cold brew in a large cup because I love ice and the coffee comes up almost to the top. My coffee only came up to halfway and the barista had the nerve to say it might be because of the size of the ice. I had the same exact drink yesterday from the same exact store and it was much higher. They specialize in hog wash at this location.

When I'm staying in downtown NOLA, this is where I go instead of the "Starbucks" in the Sheraton on Canal, where you can't mobile order and drinks come out wrong. Nice store. Worth a bit of extra walking for me.

My first time worse experience in this location on poydros ,the employees of the night shift on Wensday 11/20/2024 was very rude and disrespectful with out reason she shouldn’t work at the place for the future
I respect the fact that the baristas here blatantly ignore the customers that order their drinks and then try to get their orders made first “because I’m in a rush”. Major respect.

However, this location had very high traffic while I was there. One day, mobile orders were a 30-minute wait. The next day, I tried to place a mobile order an hour before my meeting, and the app told me that mobile orders were turned off.
