I was staying in another hotel close by.But this starbucks offered my frappuccino
I came 2 days in a row and they did not get my order right? The attitude of the staff was not the best. Nothing that I expected from New Orleans.

Terrible, please pass this Starbucks up. There are many in the area. I work near by in a corporate office. Slowest Starbucks in the country. Extremely lazy workers, no personality, argumentative staff. Zoey needs to be at the back of the house personality is terrible ( please see video footage of incident 11/5 (In store)

Rude Staff and Long Waits
If you’re looking for a friendly, smooth Starbucks experience, this location might not be the best choice during busy hours. The store becomes extremely congested, and the wait times can get very long, which makes the experience stressful instead of enjoyable. What really stood out to me, though, was the attitude from some of the staff — several employees came across as dismissive or condescending, as if they were doing customers a favor rather than providing service. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and that goes both ways. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations where the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff went above and beyond, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I truly hope management addresses this, because a little kindness and professionalism would make a big difference.

I literally never leave reviews, but I had to say something about my experience at this location today. They were so busy when I stopped in this afternoon and people were being difficult. This woman at the pick up area was being incredibly impatient and kept repeatedly stopping the baristas to ask how many drinks were ahead of her(read the room!!) and would not leave them alone to do their work and get all of us on our way. Michael was a masterclass in patience and service. He handled it with grace and kindness that I would NOT have been able to muster if I was in his shoes, and kept those drinks coming. Bravo, Michael!

I ordered my drink online, stated it was ready. When I went in to do a pick up, had to wait 15 minutes for drink to be prepared. Disappointed.

As a delivery driver, I actively avoid coming here. Why? You will wait at least 15 minutes to be acknowledged by staff so you can ask them about the order being picked up, after which you will be waiting an additional 10-20 minutes for them to START making the order. I've had this happen several times. What should be an in and out thing, ends up turning into a whole ordeal dealing with these rude baristas. Not one of them has a lick of customer service skills, time management skills, organizational skills, communication skills, or just any business dealing with the public. We've all been there. I was a waitress for the better part of my 20's, but when I couldn't deal with people any more, I STOPPED TAKING CUSTOMER FACING JOBS. Just a thought...
