I’m a student from nearby, and today I encountered the NICEST BARISTO MAN EVER!!!He didn’t have a name tag or else I’d call to compliment him to the manager, but seriously, this guy was the greatest, it was wonderful.

Very clean cafe.Was greeted immediately upon walking in.Caitlyn has excellent guest experience skills. I was trying a new combination for my drink, and she immediately said if I didn’t like the drink, she’ll gladly make my usual drink. Excellent Excellent Excellent service!
My favorite stand alone Starbucks in the area. They are always so nice and helpful when I’ve had questions. If you’re thinking you’re going to order ahead on the app to beat the lines, you might want to think again. This place is typically busy during the hours you’d expect it to be. They also limit menu items on the app during these times so you have to come in and order. Not mad at it. Just wanted to share songs knowledge.

The baristas are the rudest I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. They were annoyed to have a large group come in at close to 5pm when they were not busy; as we interrupted their play time. He made a rude comment once we came in, then the kids, and finally our service animal. Go to PJs coffee for much better service.

Waited until 5:30 to order, got to the store at 5:40 and was completely ignored by the barista after knocking on the door and trying to call. Sorry you were late but you don’t need to make everyone else late too. I want my money back.Update: It was the shift manager who was ignoring the customer. She left the employee to let us in, apologize, and refund our money. That’s not leadership.
