I am a regular and usually order delivery through Uber Eats. The amount of Ice they are pouring in my Venti lately (last 3 deliveries) is way too much. I will not keep paying $7.00 for a Venti Matcha Latte that had too much ice. Let's be reasonable with portions Starbucks.

Took my son here to study for exams a few days ago, got a little spooky as the evening got later; there was a homeless (?) lady in the corner next to us with trash, papers, cups, bags scattered all over. To state the bathrooms were atrocious is an understatement.
