EDITED TO ADD: tried to give this Starbucks another chance. Went midday with no one waiting and ordered a $7.00 latte. Got back to my office to realize there was no espresso in my $7.00 skim milk. ?The wait times have been crazy lately... 45 minutes for a latte. If you order in-store, they will bump you ahead of someone waiting in-store 45 minutes for an online order.

The store manager, Kris Ballard, is extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service skills. I have never been treated with so much hostility in my life from a STORE MANAGER. Waited 10 min before I asked her a question after getting one drink and not the other. She immediately answered with to ask someone else and that they only had one person making cold drinks and two people making the other drinks. I asked someone else like she told me to and they told me what I needed to know about my drink order. I continued to talk to my friend and she rudely started telling me again how they have one person making cold drinks and that I got my drinks so fast because I ordered Chai. I told her I understood that. Another couple minutes goes by and then she rudely interrupted my conversation AGAIN with my friend to tell me aggressively the exact same thing she already said about how she only has one person making cold drinks. I asked her to just stop speaking to me at this point and she started SCREAMING to leave. Disgusting behavior as a manager to treat paying customers who waited over 20 mins for the other half of their order by literally SCREAMING at us that we would not be getting our other drink and to leave. The poor cashier was apologizing for her managers behavior… this lady continues to escalate the situation by interrupting everything I’m saying when not even being spoken to. Worst service of my LIFE

The light skinned lady with the huge colorful tattoo sleeve is taking orders at the register and making drinks clearly is overwhelmed . She taking it out on her customers. Very nasty attitude & smart mouth . This was an unpleasant experience visiting this store and I will not return to this location. She affected the entire ora In the store. Everyone in here is miserable because of her.

They won’t shake your refresher unless you ask them to do it, and then get annoyed when you do.

This is a busy Starbucks even before 7am. The staff was kind and used to the hustle and bustle. They have a great system for pick up orders- parking seems to be available all around with street parking and there are a few spots specifically for SB around the building.

Terrible customer service! The red-head girl was very rude and complained the whole time so loud that all the customers could hear her. She complained about how many customers were coming in, complained about working, and complained about how people wanted their drinks! I was completely baffled while I was there and couldn’t believe she was saying all this in front of customers. She was not courteous and did not smile a single time and seemed like she just didn’t want to be there. I actually felt terrible for her co-worker with the dreads because he was making up for her.As for the location itself, it’s clean BUT it’s small and the parking is terrible and the atmosphere was snooty. I can only assume so because of the location.

Ordering online takes anywhere from 10-40 mins. It’s very inconsistent on how long your order will take. Terribly inconvenient if you are trying to go anywhere.The staff is trying- but something could improve. When working in Houston- Starbucks gets out just as much volume.

Coffee always tastes burnt.Refreshers are always weak.Staff seems like they dislike life.They treat customers like an inconvenience.Seating area is small. Most chairs are uncomfortableFull of kids from 2-5pm on school days

Mobile orders are not this stores priority. We waited 40 minutes for our order. People walking in long after we ordered coming out with drinks. This owner needs to get on the ball. No drive thru either. Won't be coming here again.
