Today I went in and asked the cashier Motley her opinion if I should get an espresso in my matcha.
She said no cause she don’t care for mix drinks.
The other worker added that I should try a mocha with espresso. I said no cause that wasn’t really healthy. Motley then said “well what you want, water!” loud and aggressive. I said no I want what I’m about to order. She than took my order uninterested.
The young lady with blonde hair made my drinks. But I notice my Matcha was in a venti cup and I order a grande so I asked did the cashier charge me for that, she said no I made a mistake and put it in that cup.
Leaving out getting in the car I noticed my matcha was lumpy and not mix well. I wasn’t going to go back but I said why not if it’s something I paid for so I did. I went back in asking the young lady if she can mix it better for me. Motley than scream at me asking me not to remove that cup because we don’t know where your mouth been and it’s part of their policy for the customer to remove straws and tops, while takes four customers orders.
I said you can just throw it away and make another one because it was made wrong anyway. Motley then said no you have to do it, as if I knew the policies. I said wait why are you yelling at me when I wasn’t speaking to you at all. She said she was defending her worker, as if I was the one yelling.
She had no reason to defend her worker just from me asking can it be mixed better. I felt embarrassed and it really hurts because I felt alone in the situation like no one was there defend me. I felt like the worker and not the customer
Mind you Im a tipper and go to this location everyday and I have never felt this type of service.

I've been wanting to go in there because the building looks so cool from the outside. It was a really warm day but sitting on the balcony would be really fun another time. They have plenty of seating upstairs that's specifically designed for working/studying, which is nice. Service was great. My oatmilk latte was just the way I like it, and that's the beauty of a chain, I suppose.

I had a problem with my Apple Pay today around 11:30am- 12pm and the cashier was so nice , patient and polite!!!!! Even before that she helped me get my refresher right with the recommendations and details… I didn’t catch her name but THANK YOU for going above and beyond / not making me feel uncomfortable. Sincerely an ecstatic mail carrier ❤️

The baristas at this Starbucks are Stellar!If you long for the old warm and kind service of the Starbucks of yesteryear than this is the Starbucks for you.Come in and be greeted immediately with a smile and friendly greeting.If you have a specific order or need they will go above and beyond to make it happen.They really made my visit special and I will be back.Julee and Brady were the baristas tonight and they are truly just the nicest!

This Starbucks is an absolute gem! I’ve been searching for the perfect spot to enjoy while getting some work done or studying, and this place checks all the boxes.
The ground floor offers the classic café experience, with skilled baristas creating delicious drinks that always hit the spot.
But the real magic happens upstairs—an inviting space with a cozy ambiance, great lighting, and even a balcony where you can step out for some fresh air while you think and solve.
One standout feature is the availability of restrooms, which makes the experience even more comfortable. It’s rare to find a location that balances convenience, atmosphere, and functionality so well.
I’m beyond happy to have discovered this Starbucks

We were there yesterday and left because there were BUGS crawling on their pumpkin bread and other lemon bread in the case.
I’m sorry, I pick up at this Starbucks for Uber eats everyday, and the people are amazing and so nice. This morning I went to pick up and there was only this girl with the long curls down to her butt and a young man, I understand they had a good bit of drinks to make. I had no problem waiting but I said excuse me, I have the this order to pick up and it was sitting there made already just needed to be bagged, I had no problem waiting. She could have been nice and said she will get to it when she can…Well the first thing she said was “it’s the two of us, you are gonna be waiting a while, I have drinks to make” I was cool with that even though it was already made, she just started mumbling under her breath and cursing. The young man came and helped me and told her to go cool off and was nice. But she just made me feel so uncomfortable.

Great location with spacious lounge. I would like to applaud Starbucks for their ingenuity with the new apple crisp foam espresso... it was very good. Quality of the coffee was good and super pertinent to the holistic appraise of Starbucks.

Always gets me going. I stop by there every morning when school was in session. I loved the dragon drink and the breakfast sandwich with a cake pop. The brownies were good to. The staff was really nice and friendly.
