I had a unpleasant experience with the older caucasian, tattooed lady. Her customer service skills need to be improved. I recommend retraining.

This StarBucks deserves 5 stars. The restaurant is Clean the Service is amazing and the customers/staff are really chill. I had to take THREE return trips here to see if it was just that day I came by. It wasn’t they really have employees that enjoy their jobs making all of the customers feel comfortable here. The food is fresh not stiff. The drinks hot and cold drinks are cold. This STARBUCKS is my spot.

Really terrible service. The cashier was rude and they forgot to make my drink. After 15 min of waiting, I asked about my drink and the cashier never put it in. Another person made it and no one apologized or asked what happened. I think the cashier didn't put it in on purpose. Won't be going back.

Still get the greetings and smiles, but they are severely understaffed. The place is not very clean and expect to wait a long time even on mobile ordering ahead. The drinks are still really good though.

So far, this is probably the worst Starbucks in the entire country and certainly the State of Louisiana. The service is so terrible I just gave up going completely after about 10 tries. I used to go to Starbucks daily in Seattle, Denver, Boston, Dallas, Ashville, and so on, but this one miserable store has almost turned me away from the brand completely. Their only competition is the hellishly dismal McDonalds across the street, (both places are in a feverish race to the very bottom of customer service in order to show everyone that they care the absolute least). These are some of the rudest, most inattentive, sub-literate, staff I've ever encountered. I'm not even a high maintenance customer, as I usually just order plain, no-fuss espresso. Go anywhere else and you will be better off. If someone collapsed in the middle of this store and then started to slowly die, (because nothing happens quickly in this establishment), the employees wouldn't care enough to even look up.

As, I walked into the store I was greeted with a warm welcome, this was the beginning of the kindness. I wanted to know how one of the new drinks taste, based off the drinks I like. I was given a sample drink which sealed the deal I was able to buy two more drinks vs my usual one.I love the vibe, kindness and generosity that was shown to me. I believe I have a new favorite Starbucks.Alyena, Margot, Abbey, and gypsy where all reaching to meet my needs and to make me feel valued.Keep up the phonomial customer service and genuine kindness.

So slow, every single time. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. There are never enough employees. There is usually just ONE person doing the espresso machine even on a weekend morning.
