The line was extremely long this day, I had placed a mobile pick up in drive thru order. To my surprise i got to the order window and my drink was not ready nor made. I pulled up to the pickup window and the person in front of me sat and had a conversation with the barista for 5 plus minutes as the line wrapped around the building. I got the the window finally and the barista kept pronouncing my name incorrectly, she even had given me the wrong order at first. Overall my typically quick experienced turned into a 17 minute wait in the drive thru even though I had ordered ahead.

Unfortunately, my complaint is made here because one of the managers of this store notoriously refuses to receive complaints about the service without "Asking [you] to leave."I don't like holding up a line with special requests. & a "special request" should not involve coaching food & beverage workers through cognition of basic sanitary practices.Before today, I did not know it would always be necessary, @ this location, to say, "Oh, & could u hand me a cup without clutching the lid with the palm of ur hand... touching all over where I have to drink, & serving me in way that gives legitimate cause-for-trepidation that we might be inadvertently killing my mother with covid???"But, the cashiers here have no problem holding up the line, delaying my break, taunting me by holding-out, but not handing-over a new lid, while mocking or rhetorically accusing me of, "Having a moment?" & I WASN'T "having a moment." Not until u brazenly gave me reason to. After all, you've been selling me a cup of coffee with a creamy consistency that I barely like, 3X a week for 4 years, after u removed the self-serve condiment station - purportedly, in fear of "germs," while I patiently tolerated it & said nothing, out of courtesy. Only to be moralized & antagonized by ur cashiers for worrying about ur germs as much as ur worried about mine, & then kicked out by the manager for expressing dissatisfaction / discontent with all that. As a customer service person, ur purpose is to serve MY "moment." I'm not there to serve yours.

It's Starbucks let's face it the only reason you go here is to get smacked around by the goddess of caffeine. It's clean they have highly caffeinated beverages and the music doesn't always make you question your sanity. But is it somewhere I want to scream on the top of a mountain about no.

Today I went through the drive thur and got a iced latte with extra cold foam, when I was handed my drink it wasn’t enough cold foam to my liking for I asked for more on the side and the lady at the window says in a snobby tone “wait you want more than that?” And I said yeah. She went to grab the cold foam & when she handed me the drink didn’t say “have a nice day” or anything. It was as if me asking for more cold foam pissed her off or something . I asked nicely & I paid for it so I don’t know what her problem was.

Another great experience at a Starbucks. The employee taking my order was so patient. My nitro cold brew came out PERFECT and they were so friendly. The drive through was super speedy even at 8:30am. I would definitely order from here again.
