My favorite Starbucks in the city! The crew always take their time making drinks and have great attitudes- excluding JT. Apparently many people complain about her attitude and disrespectful behavior. She lacks basic customer service skills and refuses to help you with simple tasks. I figured it was a bad day for her but nope it's every time! Theo and the girls who work weekdays deserve a raise!

OK!AtmosphereUnfortunately this is the type of generic buildout that discourages casual discussion. The one-size fits all space is too cavernous to be intimate. The loud acoustics make personal conversations difficult.Contactless AppOne of the few spots uptown where you can order ahead and pick up a hot breakfast sandwich. Regardless, I do miss the $4 egg, sausage, and jalapeño cheese burritos at the old Circle K across the street.
Too busy. They need more staff. Great food and coffees.

Until today I usually encountered friendly, pleasant workers at this Starbucks. I wish we'd not visited this location today as it put me in a bad frame of mind. The worker taking the orders and the worker making the coffee acted put out when I told them the way I wanted my Cappuccino made. I just wanted it made the way Cappuccinos is suppose to be made. These 2 workers were not cheerful at all, at least not towards me. I watched this girl who was making coffee act cheerful and friendly towards others but I was not privileged enough to get any smiles out of them. The other worker called out welcomes loud to others; we didn't get that welcome. I suffer depression so even a little bit of positivity is something I really appreciate in people.

It’s a great day to be at Starbucks! The employees are always very nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. The service is quick. I also like their setup, with nice tables, comfy chairs, and great lighting. ?
