I needed a caffeine pick me up while I was staying at the hotel. I was so happy when I found this Starbucks in the lobby mid day. They had exactly what I needed.

Fast efficient service located on the beautiful Hyatt building. This seems to be the largest, and only Starbucks in the French quarter to sell espresso cups in the been there series. A very nice Starbucks.

Google says there's a drive through, but there is not
I visited this Starbucks while staying at the Hyatt Regency hotel in New Orleans. It was very convenient to have a coffee shop right in the lobby, especially in the morning. The staff was friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh. The place was pretty clean and cozy, with plenty of seating and free wifi. The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but that's expected for a hotel Starbucks. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and easy caffeine fix.

The new oatmilk espresso is to die for! However it’s $7+ dollars for a venti, a few dollars more than other cafes.

Service is average, hard to work or take calls at this location as they blast the music.

I was in that Starbucks and the first thing I asked myself was, do the employees feel like working? Or is it just the bad service with Latin people? We ordered two coffees, both warm, one a mochachino with perppermit and the other just moccha, they gave us anything except what we ordered, until then I let it go, but what really bothered me was that both coffees were undrinkable because they were very hot and disgusting. I told the barista that the coffees were very hot and I think he lives in hell because he said that he didn't think so. I asked him again to verify and in fact he recognized that both coffees were very hot and it should be noted that neither of them were very hot. They were prepared as we ordered them. There really are people who work there with a pretty bad vibe, they think they are doing us a favor for being "Starbucks" unfortunately it is the only cafeteria in that place. If you can buy your coffee before entering that building and especially on Thursday mornings, do it, because there place have different halls where you can enjoy a good coffee that is NOT from that STARBUCKS, plus the people who work there are not interested the service they offer and they don't care about preparing you something decent, to end this story in terms of throwing the coffees in the trash because that's where they belonged.

Me encanto todo los postres y mi café moca caliente
Location of the hotel was excellent for sightseeing. Our room was facing east and we enjoyed the sunrise! I was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room and the ice machine was too far.
Great Customer Service, Very Well Maintained Hotel, Excellent Location. The staff made sure my stay was great. Everyone greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist or answer any of the questions I asked.
It's an older hotel with quirks and outdated rooms. Probably needed updating 10 years ago...now even more so. Elevators are super weird making it impossible not to walk a mile to get anywhere. You almost always have a full elevator -- makes no sense whatsoever. Can't even get from the lobby to your room without an escalator and an elevator or two...probably cool last century, but no doesn't make sense. Starbucks is the star of the show if that tells you anything. And parking is more than fifty dollars a day. FIFTY DOLLARS TO PARK. $50!
