Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Slooow service. There was a line out the door of frustrated people. One girl making coffee, and she didn't care about trying to get people out of there. They had two people taking orders, one of which I believe was the manager. They needed someone helping make coffee orders, not taking orders. Overall just bad. Took one hour to get an iced coffee. Ridiculous. AVOID.

I went here three times for the breakfast, during the ARA Show.The style, service and food in line with the brand, but here was missing some breakfast food like yogurt and granola, my preferred.Anyway everything was good!

I attempted to buy a New Orleans mug from the “Been There Across the Globe” series, but they had jacked up the price to over $21. I saw the same mug in a Starbucks at the Sheraton down the street for $13. I am shocked that Starbucks corporate would allow such blatant price gouging.

Coming back a year later to complain that during a work event I went to this Starbucks. I was running late, in caffeine withdrawal, and desperate for caffeine. I ordered a latte with two extra shots of espresso. These morons served me STEAMED MILK with no espresso.

Great customizable coffees! Love that the Starbucks team members always are helpful with the drinks and selections/ add ons too!
Went in early today as I always, super excited about Red cup day…The cashier took my order, she was nice I left a tip as always . to not receive my “red cup” but they hand them to every customer behind me…Will not be returning to this location..although it is a huge convenience due to where I work, I really would’ve liked the same customer service the customers received after me .

We popped in at 413pm on Monday and they would not serve us, she said they were closed. Your hours say till 5pm!!! Super disappointed, it was sortof hard to find a Starbucks in New Orleans and we just wanted a mug.

So, in a post-pandemic era, a lot of Starbucks locations are horrendously messy, have no tables or chairs and the staff doesn't care anymore. This was the epitome of opposite. This was the cleanest and friendliest Starbucks I've been to in the last 3 years. There was even napkins and a fully stocked drink enhancement area. Kudos to the team at this location.
