Always always messing up my drink can't ever get it right! Never fills it up to the top you are paying $10 for a small! I literally have to order a venti and then another one to pour the other one into the venti to fill it up to the top

I've visited this location multiple times for the lavender oat milk latte, but they keep getting it wrong. I've been craving this drink, but every time I order it, it's a disappointment. It’s frustrating to spend money on something they just can't seem to make right.

I just placed an order for a tall Carmel cappuccino with extra Carmel and a tall Carmel frappe with no whipped cream. Guess what I got (2) Carmel frappes both with whipped cream because somebody wants yogurt be on the PHONE. Get off the Damm phone and take the orders correctly. No I can’t wait to get it over because unfortunately I have to be at Slidell Memorial Hospital because MY PATIENTS NEED ME LIKE I NEED MY COFFEE. Get it together.

This my last time coming to this Starbucks it’s right by my house but for some reason it’s always something with this store particularly, they regularly get my order wrong , or forget to put stuff on , one time 14$ for a small drink bc they didn’t have any change in the drawer I’m done coming here

When I go in, it’s fine. When I do takeout (like thru uber eats) my drinks are always melted and my food is always cold. Like why are we not making stuff when the driver gets to the store?? Why are we making it before???

I visited the General De Gaulle location for a much needed pick me up yesterday and was not disappointed. I had a venti pumpkin spice latte with soy. It was so good that 2 hours into my trip I wanted more. Nice clean store with clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are coded so you have to ask the barista for the passcode.
I usually only get pastries, sandwhiches, or cake balls from Starbucks. My daughter will get a pink drink and our dog Roxy will get a pup cup. Today I went to this location for a meeting. They had adequate seating choices. It was clean and baristas were very efficient. Service was quick and their system worked….this is especially important during the beginning of the day pandemonium. Parking was good as well.
Parking: Adequate parking in the front and also on the side.
Kid-friendliness: There were a few families that came in with kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors appear too commodity a wheelchair and also there was a ramp on the other side

I go here often and feel like sometimes the baristas just don't care or feel engaged. The line moves incredibly slow. It's too slow for how annoying it is to get too.

The menu at drive thru said $4.45 for tall iced matcha tea. I got the tall matcha tea frappe and it was $5.45 on my receipt. The prices seem high as it is and I do not understand the price rise. I had to race to work and couldn’t talk with the manager about it. The prices should be what they are advertised on the menu outside. The guy who gave me the frappe was friendly though so he did a good job.
