I legit just asked the dude who made my sandwich for cheese, apparently he put it on there but I didn't see. I was kind and calm I asked the woman who was putting ny topings on next for some cheese and got yelled at by the man saying I ALRRADY PUT CHEESE ON THERE ITS MELTED. Like clearly was aggravated by me asking for more cheese. It was beyond unexpected and completely rude. I only go to this subway because I work in the building otherwise I wouldn't go here again. The women have never treated me wrong but today the man really had my nerves going. I get scared when people yell at me and I shouldn't be yelled at for asking for cheese lmao unprofessional as idk what.

Do not eat at this subway, they are using old spoiled vegetables. I ordered a veggie sandwich - disgusting. I emailed several times and no reply.

On two different occasions after ordering online they just made a sandwich that was not at all what I asked for. If you don't mind getting whatever sandwich they feel like giving you I guess this isn't also bad place to eat.

I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS STORE OR THE WORKERS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKI DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME FOR MY FOOD EVERYONE WAS SMILING AND MOVING IN A GOOD TIMELY MANNER
This is one of the cleaner Subway restaurants that I have witnessed, especially downtown. It's a quick and convenient walk from my job and the food is actually good (believe me, I have had crappy Subway in my day.) I typically get one of the chopped salads while here. If you're a typically thirsty person like myself, drink refills here are $.60, which is a complete rip-off, especially in an area where many people who work stop by here for lunch. That alone makes me deduct stars from this review. I love the big windows they share with Taco del Mar--you can spot many a character walking by if you sit near them while you eat. To echo many of the other reviews about this Subway: yes, the employees do enjoy a conversation or two among each other in the store. This isn't necessarily a complaint from me, simply an observation. They're at work for hours, so I expect them to have a chat. And yes, you better be ready to pay once they put their finishing touches on your salad or sandwich. They move FAST at the cash register. To quote Ferris Bueller, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." Same goes with this Subway.

I have nothing brilliant to add, but I just want to echo the other reviews for this Subway location.... convenient, clean enough, and fairly efficient when being hit with the lunch crowd. Get off your phone when you're in line because when you're up, you're up! Don't cause the delay!
