I placed an order online for pickup. I ordered "the beast" which is supposed to have a half pound of meat. When I got there to pick it up, the sandwich was so light I opened it up to make sure the order was correct. There was just one slice of each meat in the sandwich. I asked them to remake it, but the woman refused, canceled my order, and threw the sandwich in the trash. A waste of time spent placing the order, and walking there and back without a sandwich. This franchise needs to be closed down.

What a scam, I should have read the other reviews before ordering from here. Last night ordered the footlong Subway Club, when I opened it, it had literally 1 piece of each of the 3 meats per half and instead of double cheese, none at all. Today I decided to give them another chance ordering The Boss footlong meatball sub. When I got back to my hotel, it had 4 meatballs cut in half instead of 8 and pepperoni was partial slices as well and looked to be about 1/2 of normal, instead of double cheese, it was regular cheese at most and then swamped in sauce. They should have their franchise pulled.

I am reaching out in regards to my most recent visit to Subway for the BOGO at above mentioned store #.
I went in to pick to pick up my order. Had to wait in line, which is not a big deal anyway duel to understanding prior guests have to be serviced. Upon being acknowledged by the lady behind the counter and advising I was picking up a to-go order placed online, she requested an I.D. I showed her my mobile app and she still would not release. Then showed her my name on the app. She said no. I think stated to give refund back to my credit card and upon saying that, I showed her last 4 of my card on my app profile in which she gave sandwiches.
I work around the corner and went back to work and in process of taking out the sandwiches I immediately realized the vvvvvvvery slim sandwiches. I ordered the cold cut and Philly and opened and I was beyond disbelief that there was literally no meat whatsoever on the sandwiches. Each side of the cold cut had 2 slices of meat,n in which I realized this when I took 1st 2 bites and literally wondered why no meat was on the sandwiches.
I take photos of all my subways each time order and this is the absolute worst experience I have dealt with in regards to an order. Even the Philly steak sandwich was very slim. I hope someone reads this. I have attached a photo of the sandwich and will send more if needed.
I work in Mariott here in New Orleans and in service industry. I should have taken sandwiches back definitely for refund but I need this to not go unseen or unheard.
Also while I was in line, customer in front of me asked for 1 footlong cookie in which I heard with my own ears. The worker made 2 and then argued that the customer asked for 2 which was no true whatsoever

Trying to call to cancel my order due to changed out minds right away and they do not answer their phone. When they finally did the woman cut me off and said ok the order is canceled and hing up on me.
Tried calling back again to make sure I will get a refund and AGAIN they do not answer their phones!!!!

The worse sandwich I have ever had! I usually dont leave reviews, but i must with this experience! Very small, the guy said that they changed their bread, so thats why sandwich looked small. I ordered online the club for $14.99 that comes with ham,turkey, and beef. There was little to no meat on the sandwich. I love alot of veggies, which I ordered him to put all but 2 that they offer. Its was barely any veggies on the sandwich. I've been coming to Subway for over 30 years and this was the worse sub that I have eaten from anywhere! Didn't even toast bread, gave me the wrong bread also! Horrible Expereince! I should have read the reviews from others!

One sub tasted good but there was half the meat of every other subway I've ever eaten!! And it was $18.99 for a 12", with barely any meat!!! The other sub was a meat ball and it was bad. It tasted like it was burnt or old. There were only 6 meatballs on a 12" sub as well! It was $33.23 for 2 12" subs.

At least they took the order unlike the shop on Canal st. Problem is..$21 for a foot long? Ok… I will buy groceries tomorrow… that’s just too much. $6 price difference from other locations.

Just avoid this location.We ordered online to pick it up in store, after putting the order we found out that one of our sandwiches do not have a complete list of ingredients we wanted, so when we got to the store, we asked to add at least some sauce in that sandwich. After some ignorance, the lady refused and said I am done with this sandwich, we asked again and she just pour some sauce in a plastic glove!!! and gave it to us! Disgusting!!But now I wish it was only that!!When we left the store and opened our tuna sandwich, we noticed that it barely has any tuna in it!! Probably just one spoon for a FOOTLONG Tuna sandwich!!I can’t believe this is a Subway sandwich…super disappointed with Subway..

First we didn’t get help for over 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter was on her phone. She finally took our order. After getting 3 sandwich meals we left and realized our card was charged for $53. The sandwich had barely any meat and they were burnt when we called to let them know we were overcharged. We got the runaround and then hung up on. We called back the next day to speak to the manager like she said, and now we are getting another runaround about him being gone for another month. This place is a fraud! M

We arrived at Subway at 6:55 PM. They were not ours printed online due to close till 9 PM. They closed at 6:55 PM. Very very very disappointed.
