At least they took the order unlike the shop on Canal st. Problem is..$21 for a foot long? Ok… I will buy groceries tomorrow… that’s just too much. $6 price difference from other locations.

Just avoid this location.We ordered online to pick it up in store, after putting the order we found out that one of our sandwiches do not have a complete list of ingredients we wanted, so when we got to the store, we asked to add at least some sauce in that sandwich. After some ignorance, the lady refused and said I am done with this sandwich, we asked again and she just pour some sauce in a plastic glove!!! and gave it to us! Disgusting!!But now I wish it was only that!!When we left the store and opened our tuna sandwich, we noticed that it barely has any tuna in it!! Probably just one spoon for a FOOTLONG Tuna sandwich!!I can’t believe this is a Subway sandwich…super disappointed with Subway..

First we didn’t get help for over 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter was on her phone. She finally took our order. After getting 3 sandwich meals we left and realized our card was charged for $53. The sandwich had barely any meat and they were burnt when we called to let them know we were overcharged. We got the runaround and then hung up on. We called back the next day to speak to the manager like she said, and now we are getting another runaround about him being gone for another month. This place is a fraud! M

The prices are not listed so it’s a shock when you hear the total, well at least for us out of towners…1 Footlong steak and only cheese meal and 1 incorrect turkey, avocado, bacon wrap meal $46 and some change? sweet tea not sweet at all… I only blame myself because we never get subway so why today of all days?Happy Cruising ?️

I entered subway to use restroom & was told that “the restroom was for customers only”so I attempted to purchase a bag of chips then was told that “my purchase wasn’t enough to get the code to the bathroom door”…needles to say l left feeling discriminated against!

The lady at the counter would not give me a refund back on my order. I ordered a sandwich and it was sloppy and the bread was tough, I didn’t even eat it she was mean and very rude and said I’m not giving you your money back but I’ll be back tomorrow!

Slow! Poor lady seemed to be working all alone! We pre ordered and it was still late and not ready. I waited 15 more minutes after the ready time. She baked everything even thou half our sandwiches said not to toast it. Come on lady! Did not take cleanliness seriously, actually dropped the receipt into the sandwich like 3 different times and kept on going. Didn't read our order right and put wrong veggies on. We had 4 subs and all were wrong in some way. I give it 2 stars only because I felt bad she was alone but it doesn't make up for poor cleanliness and mistakes on every sandwich. Subway has gotten eat too expensive!
