Stopped by this Subway on Carrollton around 12:45 PM on August 2nd. I ordered a box of cookies and paid in cash. The clerk told me the total and even said the exact change I was supposed to get back — but when it came time to give me my change, he just handed me the bills and kept the 82 cents. This wasn’t a mistake — he stated the amount out loud and chose not to give me the coins.
I didn’t say anything in the moment, because honestly, if someone’s trying that hard to scrape up spare change, it’s not worth the energy. But I won’t be going back. There’s another Subway just down the street, and I’d rather spend my money where I’m treated with basic respect.

I went in to buy a cup for something to drink i was told i have to buy a meal in order to get a cup i never heard of that before

Went there waited for a guy who was seated on the phone gave attitude when I asked was they taking orders he proceeded to get up saying “yes just order” I ordered my food was cold the cookies was stale left my stomach in shambles then my sandwich wasn’t toasted all the way and a lady walked in high off of who knows what just DONT GO I REPEAT I WILL NEVER RETURN EVER!!

Beware of this location. The prices on the menu, are not the prices they charge when rung up on the kiosk I was told that the salad was $7.59 for a veggie only. When the man rung it up, it was $8.59 before tax. This is false advertisement, and they don’t think that people are paying attention. When I ask him, why did he charge me a different price? He told me that he can’t help what the system does. They do this with every customer and are making a lot of extra money off people. Beware.

NEVER will I go here again!! I placed an online ordered to be picked up and when I got there they had not made it they ignored me and then they refused to give me a refund so never again will I ever go to this Subway The employees there are no good and they have poor customer service

The whole franchise has gone down hill. Ain't worth buying sandwiches from them anymore
Temporarily closed with no power due to hurricane francine. Sure wish the website and google maps would have told me that b4 I came. This location stay doing weird stuff and closing early.
I pulled up at 7:30 the owner stopped me at the door saying it’s closed i said but it’s not 8:30 he says we are closed i told him i would leave a review about them closing earlier then what they where suppose to close he took a subway sandwich out his pocket locked the door and went on his way even tho they didn’t close until a hour later

This location is all about the money. I purchased two dozen of cookies, by the time I made it to school the cookies fell out of the bottom of their box. The cookies were too heavy for the box. I called the company to inform them that my cookies fell out of the box, they wanted me to repurchase them again they put me on hold for manager for over 13 minutes, never got my situation resolved.

There was one sandwich artist on staff, and she had to make 10+ sandwiches for some high school team, then make my 2 sandwiches that I ordered on the app. She handled the rush and got me out of there relatively quickly. She did a great job!

It opens at 7:30am, I just walked in at 7:46am and this lady very rudely said, “I just got here, that means i’m not ready.”She didn’t even ask me to wait a bit, nor took my order…What the hell is wrong with your staff?
