The lady working here yelled at another customer for trying to customize a sandwich. She said corporate didn't allow them to add anything to the sandwich... at a Subway. Rude staff, dirty environment, nasty food, so far below my rock bottom expectations that I actually left a review of a fast food joint.

Worked here for a month and manager was ready to kick me off the schedule because they have rats & because i didn't want to work near them . Rats were running behind the food bar where the bread and vegetables stand , and the manager ( ms. Nicki) told me to work around them or get to stepping. Poor management and dirty business. Theres mold everywhere in the back , and manager doesn't care about anything but money . Most disgusting place i wouldnt eat here, unless you want a stomach virus.

Not impressed with this location at all. At lunch rush hour, there were about 15 people in a line leading out of the door. 2 employees worked while 2 other employees sat in the restaurant and ate. Needless to say it took about 20 minutes to order and receive my food. This is my second bad experience with this location.

Horrible customer service from a "Manager" named Monique. If I could give this place 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. Came in for lunch around 2:00 pm on a Saturday afternoon and the young lady working the register was not wearing gloves as she wrapped subs and handled cash as well. I was put off by that, hoping she would wash her hands or eventually put some gloves on and did not. Monique "the manager" then accuses an older woman paying for food as racist "for not handing cash in her hands" to the young lady wrapping subs and instead placing it on the counter... a real nightmare to have encountered this location.

This is the worst subway ever. The rude worker make no eye contact with you and they act like you stole their puppy. Just rude.

I'm not sure why the Subway at 132 Carondelet St across from the Domino's won't show up in Yelp's search, even though it is present in the map within the app, but this review is specifically to praise the employee Shaq. Generally Subway is an uneventful trip, but when my boyfriend and I visited the Carondelet location, we got to conversing with her for a good while. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and if we hadn't been using gift cards we'd have tipped her well for sure. I will be visiting this Subway because of her great attitude and pleasant service.
