*1/5 stars - Disappointing Experience at Subway on Royal Street*
I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to the Subway location at 112 Royal Street in New Orleans. The spinach in my salad bowl was almost rotten, and the lettuce smelled terrible. When I brought this to the owner's attention, he was completely unapologetic and dismissive, insisting that no one else had complained about the quality of the vegetables.
Not only was the food subpar, but the customer service was also appalling. The owner's refusal to acknowledge my concerns and his repeated assertions that the produce was fine were infuriating. I ended up taking a bite, spitting it out, and later throwing up. To make matters worse, I had paid for a salad bowl that I couldn't even eat.
As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and service. Unfortunately, this Subway location fell far short of my expectations. Unless they improve their food quality and customer service, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Order to the app had to wait a half hour her the attendant. Even when it was scheduled I had to wait an extra 10 minutes inside the restaurant. Also when I ordered through the app I ordered for white bread and when I showed up they said they don't have it and so they gave us all Monterey cheddar. This should have been corrected either on the app or calling us to let us know that they didn't have it. Very poor customer service.

This is the worst store with the worst customer service. If you visit this location of subway you will get penny worth of your food what it costs. I visited this place for a pickup order first the lady said If you place an order via app and if I don’t receive it I will not make your sandwich so I was wondering why wouldn’t you get my order via internet anyways I placed the order at 8:20 PM and the pickup time came as 8:40 PM. The lady reminded me of the pickup time and I nodded my head and sat at their table she also went and sat inside an alley in their store and would not make my sandwich. 15 mins pass by and I am just sitting waiting but she wont get up and make my sandwich she finally stood up made my sandwich and i was out of the door. Upon coming back to my hotel I opened my sandwich and it had barely anything I was just eating bread with bare minimum veggies it was a horrible experience please don’t visit this store.

Stupidest subway I have ever went to. They said my order never came through so I sat in there for a while I asked if they could lookup the order number and they said no. But finally they said my order came through. They ended up making a BLT with the wrong bread and toasted it after I put for them not to. Also ordered double bacon and only gave me two slices. And then tried to give me just that one sandwich even though I ordered a foot long BMT. Gave me the wrong bread again, but she made it after a while and I got my food and left. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY. Walk a little further to the one on carondolet or peters.
