Bought a Coke Zero. The cashier said, "six dollars." For a 12 or 16 ounce bottle. I first thought that what it in a tourist trap are like the French Quarter, so I paid it. Then I looked up at the prices, and it said $3.99. When I pointed it out, he said something unintelligible. I had to go to the bathroom and when I returned I demanded a receipt. The cashier handed me $2 and said he made a mistake. I don't believe it. I think he knew he got caught. You don't make mistakes like that on a bottle of soda.

Went in order, but really needed to use bathroom first. Man behind counter would not give me key to get in until I order and paid for my sandwich first. Very rude!!

I work nearby and every day I try and come here between 3-6 they’re closed. I see a female in there but door is locked and open sign is off.

The female worker is very rude.She asked us to leave the store and go somewhere else!!They don't even deserve one star.Being a vegetarian I didn't have much choice.Usually I avoid Subway chain due to poorly managing their locations.This chain will should go bankrupt.Go to the middle eastern place right across from them.

I have been waiting a month for a refund on my online order from this store. I have emailed the company directly and they said it is out of gear hands because each store is privately owned. Then I email Evan and he just says he's sorry and that he'll talk to the franchisee. I still haven't received my refund, nor have a gotten a response. The store was closed even though the hours were during their open time. No one was in the store, no food was out, and the lights were off. I will continue to write reviews and email corporate until I get my money back. I will also tell everyone not to order from this store.
