Terrible experience. The male employee who works here has a very bad attitude, barely puts any toppings on the sandwich and grumbles if you ask him to add more toppings so you're not just eating a piece of bread. The lady does a much better job, but she isn't there often. I've stopped coming here and now make the longer drive to the Gen Meyer location, WAY BETTER.

Strong recommend not coming to this location. Poor attitude and terrible sandwich. Not the subway experience one expects, especially after the massive price increases over the last few years.

Incredible customer service. The staff smiled , greeted, and worked diligently. The steak portion is 3 out of 5, but this is still a great Subway, specially compared to others in New Orleans.

The male sandwich maker is very stingy with item dressings ... last few times tomato ? ? & lettuces were not fresh. Add too the fact that a hidden shield prevents one from seeing the meat/cheese items. ?
I have since started going to Firehouse for a must better/less costly sandwich...and pleasant service.

Horrible service and horrible food! Flies on the cookies and the guy in there is a horrible person! Don’t know if he’s the owner or just the employee but he sucks! 0 out of 10, don’t recommend. Very Rude!

Located in a lovely little shopping center with a good variety of shops. The employee was nice and took lots of care in preparing the food.

I came in with a coupon for subway and he told me he wasnt going to honor the coupon because it was a 14$ sandwich and the coupon was for 8.99...I have never been to an Establishment that gives out coupons and did not honor them. And he was very rude about it. The coupon says the sandwiches that excludes and when i read that part out to him, he said NO COUPON AGAIN and closed his glasses up and walked away. I will NEVER come back to this particular subway again. He made me feel like i was a disgusting human being for try to save a little money.

Always super quick and they never mess up my order at this Subway. It's your typical fast-food spot – fast, accurate, no fancy stuff. Great for a quick, predictable bite. Just what you'd expect, and they nail it every time.

Pls NEVER spend your money here.NEVERRRR spend your money here. I’m telling you.The Indian man and woman who work here are the rudest ppl ever.He was mad that the store offered buy 1 get one free. So he decided that the meat and vegetables suitable for 1 sandwich should be split between both. I said no. Thats not how that works.He told me I only paid for one so I basically could only get one serving of vegetables and split them between both of my sandwiches.I continued to tell him it’s not my fault y’all chose to participate in the offer. Then he continuously talks in whatever language he’s native to and insults me under his breath. This subway should shut down and never open again under his or her ownership.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Started coming here a lot when I was pregnant last year and never had an issue. I've ordered online from here as well as go in to order. Food is always good, my sandwich today was the best one yet and service is decent (but this is NO lol). Anyway, I will continue to go here.
