I purchased a Ham footlong and the ham was old and spoiled. I took a bite and it tasted weird. So I asked my husband to take a bite and immediately he said it’s the ham. I took the sandwich back and got a refund. I asked to see the meat because it’s covered in the display case, you can’t see the different meats but I can see the frozen old vegetables. I asked to see the ham that they were serving The ham looked like cartoon meat I told them to taste it they refused. I told them to throw that ham in the garbage can before someone gets sick. This was yesterday 1/9/26.

I am currently parked in front of the Subway sandwich shop on Lake Forest in New Orleans East never eat here because as I'm waiting for my food to get ready at Red Apple, I see the employee sweep the floor then sweep the table with the broom never in my life have I seen such a thing gross.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I came in on my lunch break. And not only did they have rotten slimy moldy cucumbers sitting in the pan, when I notified the person worker he didn’t pull the pan out. I mentioned to him I was pregnant so the fact that he still proceeded to place them on my sandwich was insane, I immediately removed them before we checked out. Trying to not cause issues I got back to work and tried to eat it but the rest of the produce on my sandwich smelt old which made me rightfully nervous to consume. I threw it away immediately. I also ordered a cookie. It had the worst flavor and texture like it was also old and rotten. I’m a big fan of subway cookies and I that was definitely not the quality standard. The only edible thing was the bag of chips I bought. This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had. I will never return to this location again.

I decided that I wanted to eat Subway tonight on Lake Forest Boulevard. I should’ve second-guess Myself and went to Popeyes And I always enjoy Subway, but this time the sandwich was very dry. The guy hardly put any meat on my sandwich as well as all the other toppings, I asked for my sandwich was very dry and I had hair inside of my wrapper I won’t be back at this location ever !! I wish I could’ve gave this place zero stars Go spend your money somewhere else

🚨🚨Beware ⚠️ beware ⚠️ Before eating here please be careful. I order a sandwich today 6/09 at 528pm. Meatball marinara.. with mayo, lettuce, tomato, Olives, bell pepper.. I'm not sure what was bad on my sandwich, but I'm so sick.. I ate my sandwich while at the store.. I would say almost 1 hr later , I started feeling nauseated with bad stomach aches. Within 15 mins I started throwing up my sandwich. Then I started having diarrhea... It's 1154pm and im still throwing up , with diarrhea and the worse abdominal pain. I try to drink water, I keep throwing that up and still some of this sandwich. Please be careful before eating here... Besides having a late breakfast at 10am . Subway was my next meal.. this is the only thing I'm throwing up... Something was bad on that sandwich bar...
🚨24 hr later 6/10/2025 639pm and it definitely food poisoning. Still unable to eat . Still have nausea vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal cramping.. had to leave work because I felt so bad. Haven't eaten in 24hr. Doctors told me I have to let it run it course... Didn't think a 6 dollar sandwich would cost me so much.. I was given medicine for nausea and the stomach cramping.
Yall really have to watch how food is prepared and prep... This is ridiculous...
I Will never come here again and I hope no one have to experience what I'm going through.

I've purchased the same Subway sandwiches many times from different locations without any problems with the sandwich. This was the worst sandwich I've eaten at a Subway. The food was nasty and I make sure I will not go to this location again to purchase lunch or anything.
Just order a sandwich and a footlong churro, the churro bake not enough, so taste too hard and doesn’t have any cinnamon sugar on the top!! I am not recommend and never come back this store!!

I was able to grab some foot longs for my boyfriend and I. I got him the Subway Club and I got the foot long of tuna. It gets dark pretty early so I got a little extra food for us to snack on for later through the night. I also grabbed some delicious ?chocolate chip ? and macadamia nuts cookies to go! Super glad ? I was able to get in and out with no wait time! My boyfriend really enjoyed his giant, stuffed foot long and so did I thanks again Subway.
