If you want rancid and spoiled food this the place to go . And also if you want to converse with people who pretend to understand English this is the place to go. For a second I thought the lady working there for under the influence of something, how can I someone blatantly pretend to understand English and just say random words as replies.

Empty at lunchtime... Clean. Asked for small cup for water-was refused by staff. Someone please tell me if Tips given on app go to employees working counter or to register and manager or owner. I was told the don't get tips from app.

I had to repeat myself several times when I was the only person in line. Then he toasted both sandwiches I ordered when I said I didn’t want both toasted just one. He also only putt one slice of meat on my husbands sandwich and one scoop of chicken on mine. He didn’t put much for any of the veggies I asked for but he drenched the sandwiches in sauce. And the entire time the other employee was sweeping the floor. I understand a place needing to be cleaned but is it necessary to sweep dirt everywhere while someone is making food? The employees seemed more interested in singing along to the music than actually listening to anything I was saying while I was in there. We did not go back and complain but we won’t be going to that location again. We’ve never had any issues with any other SUBWAY restaurants.

Legit a single slice of meat on the sub I got... unbelievable for a $12 sub... won't waste time to even go back and say anything about it to them... I've been to SUBWAYS across the United States and this is the only time I've ever been disappointed.
Please stop using moth balls around the food. The bread tastes like how moth balls smell and it’s atrocious.

I would go to this subway often after just moving out to the east. I kept getting the same short foreign man & it was fine until I began to notice if he gets customers behind you he will rush your food. He’s usually working alone. However, you don’t slap meat and veggies on someone’s stuff Cause you got a line! Just how I had wait so do they. It was the audacity for me. This was the second time he did it and I had to say something . I will not be returning back to this one. Yall lost a loyal customer due to his actions.

The owner the employee or whoever this guy was add on this old thermal long sleeve shirt that was probably 20 years old. As he's making the sandwiches before me I can see the sleeves dragging across the food so I'm standing there thinking what else has the sleeve dragged across I wonder if he takes off that shirt when he goes to the bathroom I'm guessing that because he had it on under another short sleeve t-shirt. I couldn't do it I had to just walk out 😓😕
