Never ordered over the phone. Took my sandwich home, nothing like I wanted bread wasn't toasted, no cheese on it and skimpy the meat. Then he looked at me under eye when he handed me the sandwich. I will never trust a person making a sandwich for me that I don't see making it.

The new management of these two subways in new Orleans east on Bullard is terrible. They don't have people at work on time and get irritated with you if you're standing there waiting for them to get their act together. Long wait time after open plus a burnt sandwich times attitude means you've lost a customer. I buy breakfast/lunch for my guys in my shop and I guess we'll be taking subway off the list of options. Great job guys. Bet you'll be in business here for a long time.
