The worker/cashier has a negative attitude. I asked the cost for just tuna since the lettuce was turning brown. She said we open lettuce weekly out the bag like that and we don’t have a button to just charge for tuna. While commenting the above, her body language and facial expressions were as if I was bothering her. So, I walked out. I’m surprised this location is still open. Some people make their jobs harder than what it has to be.

Yesterday I went to Subway around 4:30pm on Allen Toussaint. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by I’m assuming the manager. She was sitting down playing in her phone at a table near the entrance. She didn’t have on any identification/uniform. I stood in line as there was one customer ahead of me. After a few seconds, I proceeded to the restroom since the restaurant wasn’t busy. When I returned from the restroom, the woman that was taking orders was also sitting at the table in her phone. I spoke to her in reference to taking my order. She looked at me in an annoyed manner, murmured something to her coworker/manager and went behind the counter. She didn’t wash her hands but proceeded to put gloves on and started fixing my sandwich. She briefly stopped fixing my sandwich, asked me if it was a combo and went to the register to ring up my order. She told me the price and then returned to continue fixing my sandwich. I asked her nicely if she could change out the gloves since she also touched the register. She told me she didn’t touch the register and showed me how she used her knuckle to press the buttons. She then proceeded to fix my sandwich. This resulted in two instances in which my sandwich could’ve been contaminated. She was very unprofessional in her tone, responses, and gestures. After she finished fixing the sandwich and I was paying for my order, she said take your receipt while walking away to assist another customer. Being that I was hungry (a breastfeeding mom on the go) & carrying my infant daughter, I refrained from engaging in an verbal exchange with her since I knew it could possibly escalate. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. I should’ve cancelled my order but I thought I would just reach out to a district manager or corporate instead. I wasn’t able to find any information to contact any support. All the numbers basically lead to no where, same with the site. I’m very disappointed.

I frequent this location from time to time. I was there right before lunch and they were out of my desired bread. They only had wheat and white. When I got home I discovered that the bread was stale. I purchased a sandwich on wheat and one on white. It didn’t appear to me that there was any concern to bake more nor evidence bread was baking in the oven at the location

Too often I have ordered delivery and they forget the chips and/or drink. The phone number on the receipt and in google is disconnected. Unless you want just the sandwich delivered, or you have time to go pick it up yourself, don’t bother.

Aman was working alone on a Sunday around 1pm with a long line and managed to finish the whole line along with all mobile orders in a timely manner. On top of all that, he had a great attitude and was very well mannered the entire time.

Very shady business. Never coming again. The indian guy with the mustache charged me for a more expensive philly cheese steak when i got a steak and cheese. When i confronted him he insisted it was same price when i get the sandwich all the time. He knew exactly what he was doing. Check ur receipts if u go here. They try to rip u off

I went to this Subway at 9am . Google said they were open at 8 AM and their sign was on so I assumed they were open. Nope. They were closed! It’s not the first time this has happened to me. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because when it is open, the sandwiches are good.

Ordered three sandwiches on the app for pickup. Was looking forward to trying the new Great Garlic Sandwich. Guess what, no cheese, oil or vinegar, and no Garlic Aioli sauce. Other two sandwiches missing cheese. Horrible, I just don’t understand how sandwich orders could get so messed up. Skip this subway because it is terrible!
