Unfriendly service and the bread was stale and hard. The cashier was pissed off that we stopped in to buy sandwiches. The worst experience I've had at a Subway. There's no wonder the place was empty.

Have frequented this establishment in New York, Massachusetts, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi...I can't say enough of what a good meal I have gotten! Their prices can't be beat! Love SUBWAY!!!!!

Worst. Subway. Ever. Freaking sucks because I work at the convention center across the street often. My last 3 pick-up orders have been absolute busts. Today's disaster was a wrap so soggy that it dripped all over my pants before immediately falling apart while I was at the park trying to enjoy my lunch break. I had to eat the contents of the wrap using my fingers as utensils because obviously I wasn't given any. Good thing I knew from experience to grab my own napkins because they didn't put any in the bag for me, just like last time 🙄

The bread was stale, I was almost charged extra for my sandwich I order a spicy Italian nothing too fancy and was initially charged for a Hot shot Italian sandwich, I had to tell the employee to either add more on to my sandwich or charge me my correct price, so he added more on to the sandwich 🤷🏽‍♂️

We visited this store 2 nights in a row! First night we started to walk in but like another person has mentioned they were mopping. And looked at us like we weren’t allowed to walk in. We decided to visit the next night again. Well they had just mopped and one was sitting at the table on his phone with the mop in the walkway! Never said anything just looked at us until we said what we wanted. He had an attitude the whole time making the sandwiches. I asked about the footlong cookie and they were quick to say we don’t have it. I almost walked out and left the food sitting there but I paid for it and left. Will never visit again! I see why it’s only rated a 3 star.

This location doesn't let you order footlong subs anymore on the Subway app or website. Pretty sure they do this to avoid the footlong promos.

This place does not how to charge for the subs. They have not been trained at all or if they have been trained - they are a bummer.I presented them a digital Subway gift card and they could not figure out how to use it. Kept saying me do this, do that etc and since it was lunch rush, there was a huge line behind me. So I paid with my credit card.So, owner of this location- please either come sit and take care of customers or train your staff properly. It’s the fault of the owners not the employees.
