If you are in the game of making food for other people, is the goal not to retain customers? Making a sub that doesn't fill the bread is for sure not the way. After online ordering and getting a sad excuse for filling on the Chipotle Philly and a club, we had to teach the employees how to make a sandwich. Then there are no to go dip containers? Get it together. Be better. Its a sandwich not a prime cut steak. Make food you would want to eat.

I went in to subway to order a sandwich for my lunch break and I wanted to use the restroom 1st . The owner told me the restroom has been out for a week . As a restaurant owner myself i know you cannot operate a dining setting without a restroom. So i will give board of health a call . Very rude , No GOOD customer service.

Did an online order and sent my husband to pick it up. Two guys were laughing the whole time, speaking in a foreign language, didn’t acknowledge him at all. When my husband handed me the bag it felt LIGHT. We had ordered two italian footlongs, it was missing tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers the meat and cheese was barely even there. It was MAINLY BREAD. I mean they gave us like 4 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese type of sandwich. This location ain’t it.

This evening 8/13/25 I placed a subway order via subway app, went inside the store to wait in my food. The older worker who’s making my order “I said excuse me can you put the steak sandwich in the toaster long” I did is what the worker told me. “ can you put it in the toaster longer? I like my bread, a little darker. The sandwich had Spinach mustard M mayo on it and I said can you put it back in the toaster?” She looked at me, started shaking her head while putting the sandwich in the toaster then I began to watch her make the other sandwich She put one line of sweet onion teriyaki. I expel some more. She’s shaking her head doing it, I said you have a problem with making my food but it’s paid for alway. She Has a very nasty Attitude and then I paid for your protein and she promised she put it on you and I just know she didn’t because I eat Subway enough. Horrible experience would not recommend. Extra meat where??

I went in specifically for the 6.99 deal. I know that kind of deal usually comes with a specific meat, but I was fine with that. I told the man I wanted that deal. He seemed to understand. Next, he asked me what is kind of meat I wanted. I said ham, thinking maybe every 6inch sub fell into the deal. Next thing I know, I'm paying 10.50 for a meal I really didn't want anyway. I can forgive poor service but this seemed like a deliberate scam. I won't be back.
Since the new owners took over and the old employees are gone, the atmosphere is bland, the employees (family of owner) are not friendly, they don't greet you or smile at you. And I felt like I was an interruption to their day, instead of a paying customer.
