Sum’n Sweet Frozen Treats

My friend took me here for the first time today. She has been telling me about this place for MONTHS. I am so glad i finally got to go. The place was sooo clean, customer service top notch, the pretty pink decor was right up my alley, and the ice cream and Italian ice selection was great. I had the ice cream nachos after my friend recommended them and they were delicious! The waffle cone pieces alone would be a great treat. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Sum Sweet in New Orleans is legit one of the best dessert spots I’ve ever been to. The owner is super friendly and clearly loves what she does—you can taste it in everything.
But the chillers? Next level. I’m not even kidding when I say they changed my life. Perfect mix of creamy, refreshing, and just straight-up addictive. I still think about them randomly during the week.
If you’re in NOLA and have a sweet tooth, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Yesterday, I visited for the first time and ordered a large peach and watermelon flavor. The italian ice was incredibly flavorful, and the shop was clean and well-maintained. The staff were also super helpful and friendly.

Absolutely AMAZING! The gelato, ice cream, and shakes here are out of this world – so creamy and flavorful. 🍦✨ On top of that, the owner (I believe that was her that I met today) was the absolute sweetest – so welcoming and kind, which made the whole experience even better. 💕 A place that not only serves incredible treats but also makes you feel at home. My daughter even color her a picture. Can’t wait to come back again and again! 🙌

From the moment I walked into Sum’n Sweet, I was blown away. The shop is absolutely adorable — bright, clean, and full of charm. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I tried the strawberry cheesecake on a waffle cone… and WOW. So creamy, rich, and packed with flavor.

This place is a hidden gem and a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. 10/10 recommend — I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!

Amazing find. The location is very clean, nicely decorated and the Italian ice and ice cream are phenomenal! A must try, worth the trip, even if it's out of the way. You won't be disappointed!
