Great food and atmosphere. Truly the best shaved ice and nachos I’ve ever had. Money is definitely worth it for the size. Customer service was amazing and makes you feel welcomed to come back!
I enjoyed my Cheesecake stuffed snowball. Everything thing was very tasty. The staff at the time was Ms.Dana, I would love to tell you guys a little about her. She’s very kind, helpful and has a great spirit. From the time we walked through the door until we left the service was great. This is the type of employee I would love to run my business. We visited the N Claiborne location on a rainy day so we were the only customers. This worked in our favor so we could easily get in and get out. We loved our snowballs and the portion size was worth the price. We actually still have a lot left and put it in the freezer. I ordered the Gentilly Cake and my gf ordered the strawberry cheesecake. Both came with an abundance of toppings and syrup. The only complaints I have are: the space is extremely small so only about 4-5 customers...
