Another beautiful, fresh and delicious birthday cake! Absolutely stunning, tastes just as awesome as it looked, and I'm honestly in awe of how perfectly they piped my name! I can't write that beautifully with a pen!

Very unprofessional and cakes are dry!

Only giving three stars, because I feel like every time I come here, they are closed. Although the pastries are some of the best in the city, it is quite disappointing to be listed as open and see a closed sign on the door when we arrive. We have been a Swiss family since they were downtown and have followed them to this new location

This is my second cake in less than 3 weeks and each time something was wrong. My Anniversary cake shifted because the cake levels were uneven. The second cake was my husband's Birthday cake the writing was in two different handwritings with his name looking like a child wrote it just not happy

Got my wedding cake from here and I treat myself to a cupcake at times… always a treat; had the petit fours today and they are delicious!

Worst cake I have ever received!!!
It is absolutely nothing like the photo. As you can see from the photos. The cake was stale, had no almond flavor. I don’t even know wht words to use for description of the icing job, but it was horrific. The roses was supposed to be pink, the base color should have been more white.
To make it 10 times worse, the OWNER was an obnoxious human that refused to speak with me about what he already knew was trash. When he pushed it out of the door.
This is a $82 cake!!!!!
It ruined my birthday.

Very unprofessional workers and owner!! I order my daughter a birthday cake and the decor look literally like poo! Owner yelling for me to used another bakery next time. Owner never called back and was told that the lady I was speaking to was the owners wife!! Never have I heard any owner speak to a customer like this before!! The left is what I received. The right was an example. it was supposed to be cheetah in the middle. They left the brown icing under the black! But there best baker did this!!

Yall, hadn't had this cake in years. Started hearing some bad reviews, was kinda hesitant on ordering again. When I tell you this white/almond cake with strawberry filling was SOOOOOOO good! Cake was fresh and flavorful. Had a huge birthday party the cake was served almost as a party favor in to go containers, the smell was so intoxicating, my guests started eating it before they left, there were plenty of other dessert choices to choose from. Run, do not walk to give this place repeat business, I know I will! Bravo Swiss, Bravo!
