There’s a women who works there with the nastiest attitude. When I got to the window I asked the guy to add two guacamoles not two tacos, not a Mexican pizza or anything that takes so much extra time. Literally two guacamoles that’s most likely prepackaged. She catches an attitude with the cashier and tells him don’t let anybody add anything else to the order. Maybe change back to having an actual person take orders instead of a automated voice or get out of customer service if adding guacamole ruffles your feathers. No employee shouldn’t be talked to like that especially in front of customers. I can imagine how she talks to the employees in other situations.

At the marquee, one has to state the exact words from the list to place an order. If not exact, a rude cashier interrupts and belittles one. Upon arrival at the windows, this same cashier is worse in person. The food appeared to be fresh. However, I was afraid to eat it and discarded the same.

I went in to order my food, after paying for my food the worker started to make my food without gloves and not washing her hands. Mid way she took her phone from out of her shirt then put it back in her shirt and then went back to my food , at that point I walked out and went not door to get burger kids. I will never come here again and will report this to the health department

This particular Taco Bell was horrible. We got 2 burritos 2 chicken chalupas ,2 ground beef Chalupas & a 12 piece cinnamon ball. Although the staff was nice enough it took 40 minutes to get our food. There were several things that were not per our order & the chalupas were hard as rocks & inedible. Of course we brought it home to eat so it was what it was (no turning back) so most was thrown away. The food cost $50 . I could have gone to a regular restaurant & got a decent meal for $50 & it probably would have been faster & edible. I think I'm done with taco bell for awhile. Oh also while we were waiting a staff member came off of his break and went rite to handling food with no hand wash & no gloves 🤢🤮 fortunately ours was already down the line but I feel for whomever food he was handling.

How y’all close the entire drivethru to count your drawer? Counting a drawer at 1035 is crazyyyyyyyy it’s not shift change come up with a better lie 🤣🤣

The short dark skin chick with the glasses in drive tru at 7:30pm on 11/7/24 has a nasty attitude but so does the manager half the time so I see why

This establishment is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL with customer service and food quality. None of the workers care about your order, very unprofessional drive-thru workers always have a attitude when ordering through the intercom, they never tell you how much your total is at the intercom. You can hear laughter and giggling, workers playing around in the kitchen. The food is always bad and not tasty, cold, burnt, or undercooked, missing items in bag. My bag of food was thrown at me for no reason by a careless worker. Please do not order here, please take your money elsewhere!

I ordered steak chalupe and received chicken chalupe. The pita bread was not fresh, just horrible. Also, I paid for nacho taco and received regular tacos

As far as tacobells go, this does a great job. I used the screen to order so all the special ordering wouldn't be too hard to explain. But somehow they forgot to take off the lettuce and pico I didn't order on the grilled cheese burrito box combo. But food is still fiya
