TERRIBLE customer service even the manager was absolutely rude didn’t help us with anything at all waited 45 minutes in the line just to not get any food due to the AI robot taking our order but then stopped taking our order so then we pull to the window to put in our order as a normal person would at any fast food and they tell us to go back in line. TERRIBLE

fastest drive thru service i have experienced in my life. food was ready immediately. thank you taco bell staff. my one ask is maybe what if the menu was placed before the order spot so that i could have some time to decide. panic ordered but i am happy with my panic order.

This location needs the attention of a GM IMMEDIATELY!!!! No one should be spending money here AT ALL. The trash cans are overflowing with trash. If the employees are incapable of keeping the portion of the establishment that customers can SEE clean I can’t imagine what the portions of the business that we can’t see look like.

I preordered on the app which was not working properly and did not accept the reward that I was due. When I got there, the automated voice did not understand my name and showed me the wrong order. After speaking to a human associate they showed the correct order with hot sauce and napkins. I drove around and asked if I could order the reward desert and was told that I had to drive around again which I did. When I got back to the window I was told that I was given the wrong order which I gave back and they actually gave to someone else! Then they gave me my order and I pulled over and checked it. It had missing items, so I had to pull around again and received the missing item. When I got home I found no sauce or napkins or receipt. Also, the entire time, only one other customer was there, so it was not a matter of being overwhelmed.

Strengeste one so far! She literally wouldn't let me order unless I gave her a 20 dollar up front tip! The other girl working just laughed! #nofoodforme
The food was good but the service was shockingly upsetting. I had to ask for a key to go into the bathroom and the lady in charge of the keys insulted me verbally three different times. I won't even quote the words she used, but she was flat out rude and disrespectful. I at no point answered her as she left me shocked. I will never return there.
