My friends and I tried to order food from Tack Bell twice in a row. We received the completely wrong order twice. We are vegetarian and unable to eat any of the food given to us. We contact Taco Bell and received no response, refund, or apology. I was charged almost $100 for NOTHING. Please refund me Taco Bell!

Pull up to the window, they tell me to wait, fine. 4 minutes go by, cars behind me are piling up, so I ask if I should keep waiting. They respond they are backed up and just need a couple more minutes. I wait 5 more minutes while cars behind me jump out of line like it's my fault. I finally ask again if they are ready and he proceeds to tell me that they are not taking any more orders because they are only focusing on their doordash orders. 10 minutes, no help and that answer in the end. AVOID! trust their terrible review score.

This a cool store them people could work on their attitudes but the manger don’t know his name he’s tall with a beard really handsome guy with a great personality …made sure I got my order right and got give him thanks for me

Tastes like their fryer oil is so old Indiana Jones is trying to sneak into this place to steal it for a museum. This is the fryer oil that was used by the pirate Jean Lafitte to make chimichangas for his men after The Battle of New Orleans. And he stole it from the descendants of Coronado, who used it for many generations to fry their churros. This fryer oil is a part of history, but eat here only in drunken desperation.

Terrible, my order is always wrong and this is the last time I will order from them smh. This just took the cake, paid extra for a drink got something else, and the tacos explain the rest I literally just unwrapped them and this what I got! And I also didn’t get the chips that came with my combo for the nacho cheese, Very sad, they don’t care how they make your order, definitely won’t be ordering from them anymore!!!
