Terrible staff. I went to pick up my order. First, it took the lady a few minutes to answer the speaker. When she did, I could hear other employees arguing in the background. I got to the window for pickup and the employees were still loudly arguing and cursing each other. I finally got my order but it was cold and the Mexican pizza was soggy. The manager was rude and didn't apologize.

I'm a shift manager for taco bell in Texas my best friend went to this location and the doors were closed and he had to go to the drive thru and who ever was working said they can't do 3 separate orders as they opened the windows a cloud of Marijuana smoke came out from the window this establishment doesn't answer the phone because the employees are getting high on weed These employees need to get fired or get a drug test

This location will never have nacho fries unless you order through Uber or DoorDash. If you go in or go through the drive through the staff will always say they don’t have any nacho fries. Day time says to come at night to get them, night time staff says to come during the day time. If you go through drive through they will say no nacho fries then you can go on uber and order them and you will get them. The staff at this location is lazy.

Every time I've gotten a Mexican pizza from here it tastes bizarre. Idk if it's spoiled or what but literally inedible. I order from a delivery app and always request hot sauce. They never give me the amount that I need and requested and the last time I ordered they gave me half hot and half mild. Truly frustrating. Never eating there again and hoping with everything in me that they go bankrupt

EXTREMELY GHETTO AND RUDE GUY TAKING ORDERS, the last thing I wanna do is be sitting in a drive thru at the order speaker by myself listening to kids play around on the speaker and not taking my order. Then finally acknowledge me and ask for my order only to again start playing discussing the time he gets off completely ignoring my order, and asking me to repeat it again. I pulled off. The East have to do better like, I’ll rather get my food in Metarie when I get off then to deal with this ghetto foolishness

Place say open until midnight, it didn't say just drive thru, it say open until midnight and got there at 10:43 and some fat girl and a guy are in the lobby not even signaling it's closed, I try the door and it's closed. Why? Why?
I’d give this restaurant a 0/10 fully always messing up my order. Freaking terrible. In this picture I asked for no tomatoes and take off the beef and add chicken. They added the tomatos and it was absolutely no meat. Ridiculous. I was missing some cinnamon twist and the whole order was cold.

I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 regular tacos for lunch today. The tacos were fine. When i tried the pizza, it was so nasty that i couldn’t eat it. Tasted like chemicals. I won’t be back… ever!

I just ordered 3 #8 and 2 of them didn't have cheese. All of them were basically empty I basically spent 30$in chips and lettus. Ive never had such a small amount of meat and cheese (if there was cheese). I specifically asked the cashier if they had sour cream on them he said yes- none of them had sour cream. They made sure I had an insanely stupid amount of hot sauce packet though. Yes, I ate it because I didn't look at until I got home and I wasn't wasting more gas to go back and get it fixed. But that was extremely dissapointing since they're right on my way home now.
