I’d give this restaurant a 0/10 fully always messing up my order. Freaking terrible. In this picture I asked for no tomatoes and take off the beef and add chicken. They added the tomatos and it was absolutely no meat. Ridiculous. I was missing some cinnamon twist and the whole order was cold.

I ordered a Mexican pizza and 2 regular tacos for lunch today. The tacos were fine. When i tried the pizza, it was so nasty that i couldn’t eat it. Tasted like chemicals. I won’t be back… ever!

I just ordered 3 #8 and 2 of them didn't have cheese. All of them were basically empty I basically spent 30$in chips and lettus. Ive never had such a small amount of meat and cheese (if there was cheese). I specifically asked the cashier if they had sour cream on them he said yes- none of them had sour cream. They made sure I had an insanely stupid amount of hot sauce packet though. Yes, I ate it because I didn't look at until I got home and I wasn't wasting more gas to go back and get it fixed. But that was extremely dissapointing since they're right on my way home now.

The restroom sign gave me a laugh. The service had a cold vibe. Orders from the computer screen only. The customers ahead of me had a mistake in their order. .y order had a mistake. The customer after me had a mistake in his order. Not a good record!

Tacos fell apart. Much smaller tacos for way too much expense. Used to enjoy Taco Bell but over the last couple of years higher prices smaller portions and less menu items make it less of a realistic choice to get value and quality from.

Ordered a Taco Pizza and when I got it , I was told that all of my order was I. This small bag. Everything was smushed and inedible. Called the store and was told , All we have are small bags. Told to call back in five minutes. Do not buy from this store. It will be a waste of your time.

Ordered from uber eats. Never got the food. Went to store to get food. Said they gave to driver. Never got the food had to pay again for food that wasnt fresh. Mexian pizza was mush and not a mexican pizza. Not happy rip off.

I hope the owners know what the employees are doing at night at this location. 10 out 10 times... even when they were in the old building with KFC. They only want to sell you hard tacos at night time. This been going on for years. I feel bad for the people that own this place. If you have similar experience, please write something so the owners know. Because obviously the night manager in it also. That is why they never have any customers at night time. It wouldn't surprise me the employees do this so they don't have to clean up so much. Tonight I came in at 8:05pm....no nacho cheese to make nacho Belle grande. How and the world you run out of one of the main ingredients. SMH. They want to sell you hard ? tacos. So I drove to Chalmette. I hate how this location is ran.

I wrote a review on here giving 5 stars when they reopened because they impressed me. Go figure not even a few months later - its crap now. I've placed online orders twice, and each time they were cancelled or the business wasn't open when I arrived. I was there at 9:18AM when they open for 9AM both times and there's not a single employee or open doors. I cant even cancel my order so my money is just gone. I can't cancel because taco bell customer service isn't open until 11AM Eastern, meaning 12pm Central where we are located. I have to wait until 12PM to hopefully have the matter resolved? Fast food is supposed to be quick food on the go. It is never quick here. Don't bother going.
