Upsetting reserved a table for my wife on a Friday night only to find out they were closed when the website stated other wise . I was even able to reserve a table online date nite ruined
It's sensational to be on the balcony on the upper floor, watching the activity of Frenchment Street from a box. Good food options, reasonable wine, excellent service. The best restaurant on the street.

By far the best meal of our trip! We visited NOLA for our first time with too high of expectations as far as the culinary scene. We (early 30’s-40’s) stumbled on this spot after being disappointed by nighttime Bourbon St turning into a club scene and wanted some jazz, quieter crowd, authentic experience. After some jazz up the street, we spotted this empty table up on Tapas e Vino’s balcony. We showed up towards closing and they were super generous on still seating and serving. We’re wine collectors/snobs and enjoyed all our glasses, but man the food was insane. Lamb Lollipops, duck fat fries and baked goat cheese were out of this world and cannot be missed. We had some other dishes like ceviche and manchego cheese flambe that were good too. Watching the crowd or occasional parade from the balcony was super cool. Just an overall amazing experience. Thank you guys for being one of the highlights of our trip!

We reserved a table for 12 to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress was excellent and extremely attentive and friendly. The food was wonderful and they have a very good wine list. It was a perfect meal and celebration ♥️
I arrived earlier than my reservation and was able to be seated quickly, the server was excellent and helped with ordering. The food was awesome and tasted delicious. The staff was awesome when asked what to do around Freachman.
Food & Service was great, music outstanding, very spacious bar. Loved it. If you get a chance go there.

We stumbled across this restaurant but the outside terrace was full so we were offered a drink inside while we waited for a table. It was worth the wait! Food was delicious and the recommended white wine the best we had in US.

Amazing food! I had a pear salad that had great flavor and left me wanting more, my dining partner had a cold cucumber soup that had great taste and texture. We both had shrimp ravioli that was very tasty, had a great presentation and aroma! Desserts we had the blackberry cobbler and bread pudding and both were perfect! Great service and ambience overall, not crowded or noisy!

Horrible experience. Terrible service, management, and food. Never received the drinks we ordered. Received half the food we ordered. Then at the end they tried to get us to pay for another tables bill instead of our own that was more then ours. Very disappointed with our experience. The best thing was the view from the balcony.

Secret oasis on Frenchmen! We felt like we were climbing a staircase to an old speak easy...nicely done interior ...you enter through the bar. We sat out on the balcony as it wasn't too hot. Nice to watch the Frenchman craziness from above. Wine was delicious and reasonably priced... choices for every palate. The tapas and smalls were elegant in presentation and taste. Enjoyed listening to the jazz music below in a less touristy atmosphere.
An exquisite food experience! A simple doorway leads to an upstairs hidden find. A sweet balcony overlooking the eclectic mix of some of New Orleans finest music. A much needed diversion from the pizza and hot dog atmosphere on the street level.
