I grew up in New Orleans and haven't had a proper Raspberry filled powder sugar donut since I was a kid. We were there for Mardi Gras and we stopped in and got a few. I got the Raspberry one and it was absolutely perfectly delicious. It brought me back to childhood.
Perfect flavor and amount of jelly and a moist donut. Thank you for making me feel like a kid again. 😀

Great place with "little sliders", and pastries! I was give a free pastry while waiting on my 6 sliders...hot off the grill!

Parking: Plenty parking in front, in lot, and on the corner !

TASTEE McKenzies is a nice quaint place located at 901 Harrison Ave, NOLA 70124. The thing I love is you can go any time during operating hours and get bakery items, donuts and restaurant food.The bakery items have some of the McKenzies favorites like turtles, petit fours, brownies, the king cake and more.The Tastee donuts are so yummy.
