I came here after work, I understand they are busy and packed ! VERY UNDERSTANDABLE, but what did it for me is that I ordered at 5:49 pm.
Over 20 people placed an order AFTER ME. Guess who received their orders before me ? Those 20 plus people !!!!
The two waitress walked pass me several times, I went to the to go window where I placed my order. No one saw what I needed for over 5-10 minutes of me standing there, the boy looked at me and did not ask if there was anything I needed and the girl grabbed menus for others who again came after me rather than asking if there was anything I needed.
After a few more minutes passed by, she finally came and asked “you’re still waiting on the order”. Yes! I indeed still was waiting on my order, she said it was 3 more minutes on tots. I SAW HER AND THE BOY BRING SEVERAL PLATES OF TOTS, FRIES, AND OTHER MEALS OUT !
What did it for me was the boy took the next persons order after ignoring me at the window. That’s where the line was drawn!! I requested a refund after this.
I was here until 6:29 pm, waiting on “tots” the same tots others ordered AFTER ME!
They are now on my never return list and I absolutely loved it here before today ! But I don’t recommend this place to anyone from here on out.
Parking: There’s a parking lot, but it can only fit about 10-11 cars. There’s off street parking.

Updated review Jan 11, 2024: things have changed! No more rustic wooden tables and booths, hello fancy tables and actual plates. The food is pretty much the same. No more ordering at the counter, but a menu is brought to you at the table. Service is still just as good.
2017: Good service. Good food. Playground for customers children. Clean restroom.

Nice food. Good venue. No trip to Vegas is complete without going to the Yard House! Amazing selection of beer, friendly staff, great food!

Indoor is very charming and welcoming.
Relaxing outdoor ambiance. Okay for parents looking for a good burger or bbq. But only two kids menu choices and they’re not reasonably priced for what you get.

I would not recommend this place. Right away you can smell the mildew from hurricane katerina. The hots dogs were nasty cold, sloppy Joe was just dried meat with no sauce, hamberger was two thin patties . Food was horrible- obviously the government isn’t checking these restaurants in the lakeview area. We wasted are money today.

Great burger, good sweet potato fries, food was all very good. Servers were kind and helpful. Only problem was 2 cheeseburgers, 1 side of sweet potato fries, one side Cole slaw, one draft beer and one barqs was OVER $52.00 !!!!! People just can’t afford to eat out very often at these prices. A burger, fries and a drink OVER $26.00

We had the Pimento and cheese dip as an appetizer, which was very good. For entrees, we had the brisket sandwich, The Zeus sandwich (marinated grilled chicken), and crinkle fries. All were enjoyable and the wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

Just coming from city park we chose this place. We felt so unwanted. We did have a 3 year old with us. We ordered a pulled pork sandwich and added potato salad . The baby had chicken fingers for 12 $$. No one even came to check to see if everything was ok. I had to get up and get what we needed. Food was dry and cold. The worst part is we only had small water glasses. No one realized we were thirsty. I felt so discriminated against. I am a manager at a restaurant so I really hated to do this but I would at all means avoid this place .

The Pulled Pork was dry, and the kids meal $13 is too pricey for a 3 year old. The server did not come back to check if we needed anything. My daughter had to get up to request mayonnaise for me. We saw the server when she came to give us our bill. My daughter gave her a $5 tip even though service was terrible.

Still comes up when you google toddler friendly restaurants. Vibe from the staff is they’ve been trying to move past that.
Unfortunately, we didn’t know this when we were invited to a little get together. The person who organized the get together didn’t know it either, they chose it because they thought it was child friendly.
Staff (server and bar tender) made it very passive aggressively clear they didn’t like us having our 2 toddlers with us, that no matter where we stood in their very strange layout we were in the way.
Food wasn’t anything to brag about, but not bad.

Nice place. Good food and a creative menu. Fair prices. Hard to be on a diet here with some of the goodies on the menu.

I’ve eaten here a handful of times. I think their burgers are ok. Not the worst I’ve had but not something i would crave. But the atmosphere is nice and the staff is friendly. I would recommend giving it a try

Extremely disappointing. Not sure if ownership has changed or the chef changed, but these burgers were absolutely tasteless. Workers seemed unorganized and it’s not family friendly. They updated the space for what? Sorry to say but I won’t be going back.
