On the October 24 we had a few drinks with friend here. Asked the bartender for a champagne and she said because she only has 3 bottles she can’t sell by the bottle (..) I said fine , how much for a glass? $15 . Fine . The bill comes and our 11 glasses were like $250, she didn’t know how or what the mistake was, the manager came she was confuse as well, I lost 25 min with them until I paid and got out of there. They didn’t even had 10 champagne glasses.. had to use cognac glassware .. the bartender and the manager/server had about 10 people inside and they looked overwhelmed (?), a few costumers left their food on the table because it was “too good”. I used to go to Bombay pretty often before , however the last two times it seemed to be down the sewer idk if the ownership or whatever changed but this is not the live music place I used to know.

bartender was really nice and quick but we placed an order for two burgers and it took 45 minutes before someone from the kitchen came out to tell us they didn’t have any more burger buns and offered a replacement (it’s not really a burger if it’s with french bread and if we had known this was the case we would’ve left). surely this could’ve been something they noticed when we placed the order given how empty the bar was and not after 45 minutes of us waiting around… they comped our drinks but the time was wasted

This place used to be so great. Fantastic happy hour, cool fusion food, great atmosphere…and now it’s another generic junk drawer run of the mill place with nothing special. Disappointing as locals who used to frequent.

The wood paneled vibe was cool. There was a two piece band Velvet Strings playing that was very enjoyable. But the service sucked. It was relatively empty and took over an hour to get our food. Food was unremarkable. When we asked for the check, we were told the machine was rebooting and it would take 5 minutes. I grabbed one of our uncleared menus and calculated the tax and undeserved tip, left the cash and walked out. My cocktail was good, so maybe drinks only would be a better experience.
Superb. Such a fine place to dine! Im from Atlanta for the superbowl and it was amazing! Love the food and the staff! Everyone was great.

Really sad. We used to live here and this place was our special gem. We came in for the Super Bowl and the bartender seem really frazzled. He was spilling all over the place, making a mess, I was really nervous about cross contamination since they make egg drinks and when we did get our drinks they were not good at all. Glasses were dirty as well. We left after one drink.

After some online searching, the restaurant came highly recommended. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Our waitress seemed rushed and not particularly friendly. She mentioned that there was only one burger left in the kitchen, so she’d check if it was still available. After confirming it was, my daughter ordered the burger without cheese and asked for the vegetables and dressings on the side. When the burger arrived, it was regularly prepared with no attention to the special requests. While the service left much to be desired, the live music was a nice touch and added some enjoyment to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t meet our expectations.

Made a birthday reservation. Got seated on time, but waited for 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us or dropped off water or took an order. A group was seated after us and was waited on before anyone ever came to us, we continued to wait and still nothing so we left.
