The wood paneled vibe was cool. There was a two piece band Velvet Strings playing that was very enjoyable. But the service sucked. It was relatively empty and took over an hour to get our food. Food was unremarkable. When we asked for the check, we were told the machine was rebooting and it would take 5 minutes. I grabbed one of our uncleared menus and calculated the tax and undeserved tip, left the cash and walked out. My cocktail was good, so maybe drinks only would be a better experience.

Really sad. We used to live here and this place was our special gem. We came in for the Super Bowl and the bartender seem really frazzled. He was spilling all over the place, making a mess, I was really nervous about cross contamination since they make egg drinks and when we did get our drinks they were not good at all. Glasses were dirty as well. We left after one drink.

After some online searching, the restaurant came highly recommended. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. Our waitress seemed rushed and not particularly friendly. She mentioned that there was only one burger left in the kitchen, so she’d check if it was still available. After confirming it was, my daughter ordered the burger without cheese and asked for the vegetables and dressings on the side. When the burger arrived, it was regularly prepared with no attention to the special requests. While the service left much to be desired, the live music was a nice touch and added some enjoyment to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t meet our expectations.

Made a birthday reservation. Got seated on time, but waited for 25 minutes and no one acknowledged us or dropped off water or took an order. A group was seated after us and was waited on before anyone ever came to us, we continued to wait and still nothing so we left.

What a charming place this is! Our waitress was so fun and friendly which made our experience even more enjoyable. It was hard to choose what to order because the menu had so many tasty options. Definitely worth a stop when in New Orleans !!

So bad! The place was nearly empty, cocktails were undrinkable, the waitress told us they were out of almost everything we tried to order, later on when we asked for a 4th share plate she said they were also out of those. Laughably bad!
They rushed us out. They ran out of most options on their menu. The food they did have was not fresh. Service acted inconvenienced we were there. The best part was THEY RAN OUT OF PLATES. Skip it.

Table service was excellent (give Fran a raise!). Food (small plates) was very good. Atmosphere (in a booth) was pleasant. But, we (4 people) were the first to enter when they opened at 5 and we did not get our bar drinks for more than an hour. We had finished much of our food by that time. Now THAT is unacceptable. The bartender did not show up for work on time, it appeared.
We are not passing tourists. We live here. We'd think twice about returning. They did comp those late drinks though and the gesture was appreciated.
