Great Coolinary meal on a quiet Sunday. Food was fun and creative, and worked even when I wasn't initially sure how it would (e.g. Radiatore with mushrooms, trout roe, and seaweed, where the Japanese ingredients gave intense umami I'd normally expect to come through with parmesan). Service was delightful, and the staff were present and friendly without hovering. Meal pacing was quick but not rushed. That balance feels like a rare occurrence these days, and hard to get...

The Bower was outstanding! The reservation process, the check in, the waiters, specially Noah! The food was delicious and the drinks were great specially during happy hour. After dinner we set in the back and had a couple more drinks. Thank you! Will be back for sure.

Clean modern restaurant with lovely service and good food. Our server, Alexis was great. The grilled artichokes excellent, a large portion for an appetizer, seasoned well and served with a creamy dipping sauce. The panzanella salad was rich but the crispy (very crispy) croutons added texture to an otherwise creamy dish. We really enjoyed this salad. The stuffies were okay but probably wouldn't order again. The stuffing was mostly bread and we didn't taste much of anything...
